We hosted our annual meeting there. The venue was great and the AV staff were incredible. Everyone was so helpful. The food was fantastic. We were treated so well and the meeting couldn’t have been better. This is a great location conveniently located between Cincinnati Dayton and Columbus. I highly recommend for any event.

This is an awesome hotel, all the staff are absolutely wonderful, and the facilities are perfect for our national dog show. I did rent a scooter this year because it is a lot of walking but I also had a torn meniscus. The rooms are laid out very nicely and great room service. We stayed there for a week and you just felt like you were at home. Plenty of parking and places to walk your dog. There was also fast cat and coursing close by. Only complaint was the weather! We were supposed to have this reserved for next year but now it sounds like that's not going to be possible and we are very unhappy about that as it is a wonderful place for us to all gather from throughout the country.

One of the best venues I have ever been to for a dog show. Food and drinks at the on site restaurant were quite good.
This is actually a nice facility. However, these guys made big money on semi-annual gun collectors meetings every year since 2002. But all it took was one mishap...statistically safer than most of their other events...and the people at Roberts now want no more of these events- to their detriment financially it would seem. Hey, it's their facility, their choice. And it's my choice to use my 1st amendment right to voice my opinion. I'm sure there were no other accidents, incidents, mishaps, injuries of any kind from other vendors in the history of this facility. They only want perfect customers who live flawless lives and run flawless organizations.

Would suggest looking for a better venue if youre in Southwest Ohio. There are many other centrally located options including Sharonville, Northern Kentucky and Duke Cincinnati Convention Centers. All three options are closer to the airport and be more conducive for drawing larger crowds.

Very disappointed to hear that the management of the Roberts Centre has decided to deny any further OGCA meetings from being held there. I think that is a very short sighted move and reflects very poorly on this establishment. While the event that led to their decision was an unfortunate one, the OGCA has enacted enhanced security and safety measures which will prevent such activity ever occurring again. The Roberts Centre was home to numerous OGCA meetings for the past 23 years with no other safety occurrences like what transpired on March 15th. It is a shame that the Roberts Centre took this extreme step instead of working together with the OGCA to come up with a unified solution. The optics on this for Roberts Centre will not be good and as such I can no longer recommend the Roberts Centre as a suitable event venue.
