The lids for tue blenders should NEVER be laid down touching the counter. Tue6 can be laid up. I don't know what has been sitting on the counter.

McDonald’s espresso machines are down so at ten til 8 after I got off work I walk in the Kroger to get one there. Oh no. She said I’m sorry but at 745 we have to start cleaning it. Grrr. I used to work in the food industry and we were always told that the last customers are offered the same service and products as the first customers of the day. That was good practice and wish it were still used today.

Not only did i not get an appropriate straw to drink a boba drink, but they didnt give me the right chai latte. I ordered a hot chai latte on the app and they gave me a cold one. I had sent my partner to grab it so he didnt know it was wrong and couldnt go back in to ask them to make it right. How is that even possible if you read the recipts of what people order? Absolutely unacceptable.

Employee and manager were both rude. I order the same thing every time. never ever do I drink hot drinks and when receiving what should have been my ice drink I was handed a hot drink then the employee and manager wanted to argue with me about their mess up saying I said the wrong thing. The short hair woman with glasses and the woman with long black hair. I'll never go to this Starbucks again. Definitely worth driving 10 mins further for better service

I ask for a mocha Frappe no whip no drizzle n got a drinkthat tasted like straight hershey syrup and wasn't even frozen.then refused to make it
