This Subway was honestly rough from start to finish. The place looked dirty the moment I walked in — tables messy, counters not wiped down, and overall just uninviting. The lettuce looked old and wilted, and the tomatoes were sliced so thin they were practically see-through. They even tried to count the end piece of a tomato as a full slice.
The employee making the sandwich seemed completely distracted by… nothing in particular. And to top it off, she was wearing Rudolph the Reindeer pajama pants while working the counter. Between the unprofessional appearance and the overall lack of care, this location feels like it’s running on autopilot.
Definitely not what I expect from Subway — won’t be coming back to this one.

Not worth waiting for a mediocre sub. They are so slow. Only focuses on customers that are right in front of their faces and neglect Togo orders. Ordered and have waited 30 minutes PAST when my order was supposed to be ready. Will not give this location my business again and will just have to attempt one of the other 3 locations Wilmington has if I’m ever craving a mediocre sub again.

Ordered 3 subs from Wilmington Subway in front of Walmart on our way to get some laundry done. The sandwiches were fantastic! Very happy, thank you!

Ordered via the app. I got a message that my sandwiches were complete and I went to pick them up. Not only were they not ready the two girls working were standing chatting while one was eating and drinking behind the counter. The ticket for my order was under her food so they had forgotten about my order. They apologized and kept saying how they were disorganized mentioning running out of money, not having enough clean dishes and the one girl kept talking about how she can't find a beanie that didn't make her head itch. The sandwiches were very sloppy and there was sauce on the outside of the wrappers and the bag. Poor service all around.

Worst sub EVER!!! Thought we would try this location since it is new owners. I got the BLT. Who puts cheese on a BLT? The bun was extremely dry, tomatoes were not fresh and there was no crispy bacon. I took 4 bites and it went into the trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!
