Don't use the online order feature. The restaurant will be randomly closed sometimes, even if it's listed as open, so if you paid for a sub you won't be able to pick it up when you get there. There's also no system for getting a refund. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that I'm aware of the issues Subway franchisee's have been experiencing with the corporation, and I assume they are mandated to use the online ordering and list static hours of operation on the app, even if they don't have the workers to stay open. Doesn't change how bad the experience of paying for food and finding the restaurant closed is, though.

Lady there was very rude. Went there with my friends, waited about 5 minutes and we was starting to leave, she came out and asked us what we was doing. I responded with nothing and she replied “okay well I will just check the cameras”. Very unprofessional of her to assume that we was even doing something in the first place.

Went to the one in Walmart and service was like watching a sloth fix my sub. And the on guy had subclasses on, and didn't put enough avocado sauce on my sub, just a dot on 2 ends. Never seen such lazy workers in my life.

I ordered food here on Monday and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place because I usually don't eat out. They said they didn't have any brevages either. Been sick all week. I got the veggie delight 6in sub meal and they didn't even offer to refund me. Don't eat here unless you're planning on being sick all week.

Employees are lazy workers, all they do is go on break together while open with no signs and they are high on drugs while at work, and both employees that work rather take trash out then get customers orders that are standing in line to order, one employee has half his face covered up all the time, like where is the dress code for this place it’s trash, employees close and leave gate open or shut but still cracked with no one inside at all. Don’t ever come to this subway.

I was at this Subway a couple weeks ago and the guy working there said he couldn't serve me that he was going on break... Then my wife and 4 kids went there today and the same guy told them he couldn't serve them that he was going on break. PLACE WAS DIRTY AND THEY ARE LAZY!!!!
No cookies, staff was moving very slowly, provolone cheese was frozen solid. I was standing in line for almost 10 minutes and I didn't see staff change their gloves once. The employees also completely left their stations while I was waiting to order.

Unfortunately I can't select 0 stars. My recent experience was absolutely horrible, the individual handling my food seemed, very convincingly, to be under the influence of something, the shop was dirty, and the bread and cookies undercooked, and apparently too busy to put my food in a bag.

I ordered online and when I got home one of the subs was completely wrong and when i called to figure out why my sub was wrong the guy who answered the phone said "I dont know what to tell you" like are you serious... ? I wont be going back.

Zero stars. Their DoorDash page says they stop accepting orders at 8:30pm. I ordered at 7:50pm. They finally say that it's done at 8:45pm, and a DoorDash driver goes to pick it up. When he arrives, they are locking the doors. They said they "never got around to it". Driver's words to me were "bunch of lazy tweakers". Subway at Walmart in Wilmington, You Suck.
