I've never seen a 10-person crew work this hard at getting nothing done. Line of cars around the building and seven people inside waiting. They have time to joke around and talk, but making food or cleaning? Forget it

I got to the store 20 minutes before close and they refused to take my order and said the big boss told them to close and if I didn’t have a DoorDash or grubbing order I couldn’t order even though online said you were open and the open drive through sign was bright and on. I have been coming to this Taco Bell every night for the past 3 years 20 to 30 minutes before close and never once has this happened. The person on the speaker was disrespectful and rude and didn’t seem like someone that should be on the drive through speakers.

Ever since the grand re opening, every visit has been astonishing. Quality is 1000x better, I think serving sizes are more appropriate (I used to hardly get any meat!) it is just wonderful now!

If you have a food allergy you probably shouldn't order food from here, even if you request items to be taken off your food there is a high chance they'll just ignore it and put the toppings on anyway. If you go in to get it fixed there is also high likelihood that they'll tell you that it's your fault and they didn't make any mistake.
Dietary restrictions: You just have to get lucky and hope somebody cares about your request.
I ordered food off Uber eats and got cantina chicken quesidilla and added steak instead of chicken and whatever sauce they put on it was spicy and there's a lot of it and no way to scrap it off if your not a fan of spicy food I wouldn't recommend this quesidilla

Taco Bells in Phoenix do not have Chili Cheese burritos, formerly known as Chilitos. They've had them temporarily once since they removed them from the menu, probably 20+ years ago! This location has them on the menu! I've had 10 in 4 days. Tell the locations in Phoenix, we want, no, we NEED the Chilito!

No receipt. One straw for three drinks. Wrong sauces given. Asked for a water for my dog and got carbonated water, "That's all we have". I would imagine cleaning the restaurant with carbonated water would get expensive, that is probably why prices have skyrocketed.
I will be traveling if I want Taco Bell in the future.
