KITCHEN CLOSES AT 9!!! Beware, this is not advertised. From out of town and drove 20 miles to get here. Ordered food, waited 15 minutes to be told kitchen was closed. Now waiting 10 plus minutes for a refund. It's 913 pm. We were here at 845.

Stopped in Saturday because there were signs by the road and BBQ sounded good. Did not sample any of their brews. Did get a brisket sandwich that was very disappointing. I enjoy brisket alot, and so I have a very high tolerance for the amount of fat cap that I get served. About half of the sandwich was fat. The meat was decent, little dry but that happens sometimes. Even I had to spit out some of the fat though. The bottom bun was so wet that I could barely keep the sandwich together. Neat location and atmosphere. Parking was a little annoying since it had to be on the street. But overall the sandwich was a complete let down.

Food was very good, food truck type food. Beers on tap were good microbrews. We just had a quick meal, but it looked like it would be fun for an evening outing. My only complaint was having to place orders and fetch everything for yourself, i kinda like waitresses.

This place had a lot going for it:
Great atmosphere.
You can sit outside under the covered patio on picnic benches enjoying the music with your dog- so it is very pet friendly.
Friendly staff, live music/karaoke, etc.
Drinks were delicious & cold!

But that's were the good reviews stops. The food was a cold disaster. My brisket nachos were ice cold, brisket was barely cooked, and covered in bagged shredded cheese that wasnt melted. My friend's Italian panini was panini pressed white bread with the unmelted cheese and thin layer of meat. It was also way over priced for what you got.
Stop here for a drink but not the food! What a disappointment!

Monkey business cider is my favorite and so is the pulled pork pizza. We go every time we camp at Cowan lake. Also the cider flights are great to try new flavors. Staff is always friendly too.

Went in to have some cider. Was delighted to find out I could get a flight. I had the Tin Cap, the Winter Crisp , Peachy, and Mad Mango. They were all very good. I was disappointed thst the swings were gone, but understand that they've grown and needed extra space. Didn't get to enjoy any of the live music that they often have, but glad I got the chance to stop in.

Just found this place at lunchtime as we were passing through Wilmington and we couldn’t be happier to have stopped. We had items off the limited brunch menu, which were well made and tasty, but everything else on the standard menu looks fantastic. The cider is refreshing and they have live music at night. Definitely worth coming back intentionally to have a fun evening out or a good lunch and a drink.

This place has great vibes and good drinks. My only complaint is I wish we there were more pita chips with the dip, but otherwise a great place.

Great cider, pretty good barbeque, and live music! I will definitely come back here for beverages, and if i am craving some barbeque. sat on the porch with my dog and enjoyed the nice weather. The pulled pork and green beans were excellent; the brisket had good flavors but was dry; and the cornbread was almost like cake.

Nice place with a large variety of ciders and pretty full bar. The food is above average for bar food. I wasn't enamored with the pizzas but they were definitely good.

The patio is pet friendly with cornhole and other games and a full bar and live music stage.

What's especially nice is sometimes during the summer the places on the street block off and it's a DORA.

Whenever we go camping at Cowan lake we always make a point to stop here.

I stopped by not too long before they closed, but there was still some live music playing. The music was great, and the cider was delicious too. The peach and pineapple flavored ciders were my favorite, but their food smelled great. I would’ve loved to try that if I hadn’t already eaten. The staff was friendly, and the place had some really pleasant seating and lighting. It seemed like a very chill sort of place.
