I used to love shopping at Walmart for clothes. now they just are characters on every shirt or they're crop tops. other than that I like everything else....

Went to Walmart on Thursday evening. Despite the fact that they are busy moving things around and learning the new locations, I had three very friendly employees help me out. Each of them was professional and helpful and assisted me in getting everything on my list. Change is always stressful, but these employees are handing it like champs! Thanks so much!

Ordered some custom cupcakes there turned out to be the wrong one ordered a new set of just plain ones they never filled my order went to the store to pick it up no one was there but they sure took my money

I shop at this Walmart often with no problems but today I had bad customer service. I was the right around 11 and was self checking out to be interrupted by the older lady with short hair saying "don't forget to leave me stars, I'm in a contest" she then proceeded to go to someone else and do the same thing but this time she stayed there to watch the person do the stars. During this time I actually needed help with an item that wouldn't scan. She then needed help getting it scanned in as well. my problem fixed she then was back to telling everyone else to do the stars. A star contest for good customer service is one thing when there is good service, peddling for stars while not actually providing a good service is another thing. I had to actually call her over to get help she wasn't watching to see if people needed help. she was watching to see if they left stars desregarding her actual job. Whats more important stars or actually doing your job? I had 2 transactions and got zero stars from me, if I could have given a negative star I would have.

The photo department is a JOKE. I have never gotten my “one hour photos” in one hour, and I’ve never gotten my money back on those charges. And being rude is par for the course. Not using Walmart Photo again.

I went to get an oil change today and they topped off the air in my tires as well. Everything was fine and good until I walked out to the parking lot and saw that my tire was flat. I went back in and told them my tire was flat and a guy in a blue shirt (looked like a manager) went out to help me. After showing him the almost empty tire, he told me to pull it up to the shop. I pulled it up to the shop and all he did was put air into it. I asked if he was going to look it over
