This morning at 6am I pulled through the drive thru in desperate need of a powerade (I've been so sick and none of the other restaurants have powerade anymore) and something small to eat in order to take my medicine. I pulled up and asked if they had powerade and he said yes, and then I ordered an oatmeal bar. He said they didn't have them anymore and was really nice about it it's not his fault they didn't have it. I got up to the window and he said he forgot to ask me what flavor powerade I wanted and I said blue. That would be my luck they don't have blue powerade lol. He listed off the other flavors and I chose a different one and it was totally fine I wasn't upset or anything, but when I kept trying to pay for it the manager said no no it's on us sorry for not having what you wanted just give us a review on the wendyswantstoknow thing-- we'll I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't leave a review there. I hope this review here will suffice. It was a very pleasant experience even though they didn't have what I wanted and I really appreciated the customer service. 😊 The manager mentioned his name on the speaker but I forgot so Dec 1st 6am whoever the manager was this day, you're awesome

Left work drove 10 to get lunch. Drove back to work, found out did not get what I ordered. Instead some nasty looking sandwich! The girl at drive thru wasn’t even paying attention. She was not looking at me while handing me my order but talking to other employees. Stopped going for awhile because service was so bad! Guess there’s been no improvement!!

Every time I go here, it takes upwards of 3-5 minutes between orders. It’s like they can only process one order at a time from beginning to end (from the voice box to handing over food). It often means that you wait 20 minutes or more before ordering. It’s the ONLY Wendys in town too, so they still get all the business. I get being short staffed or having a rough day, but every single time? Something needs improved.

Also I wrote this whole review while waiting in line. By the time I press send, we’ll have moved forward by one car. This is ridiculous

Part of the order was missing. The sandwiches were ordered with no lettuce and add onion. Both sandwiches not only came with lettuce but the lettuce had dirt on it and the onion was non existent. I had already called about the missing food the lady was really nice gave me a credit for it I didn’t want to call back about the incorrect order or dirty lettuce. Somebody needs to do a better job! If I hadn’t have had an appointment to get to I would’ve drove back to the restaurant and took back the incorrect sandwich’s. At least the dog in joyed them.

Morning shift workers sucks at this location I wait 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru (I was the only one in line). Once I paid for my food I was told to move up for 2 breakfasts sandwiches and have been waiting for them the past 10 minutes. Iv always loved this location and they have always been quick before this is a hug disappointment.

I've been warned about this Wendy's but never had problems till now. We went through about 6pm. Absolutely horrible. We ask for a drink carrier as we had 3 drinks and 2 frosty. Luckily we did ask because when we ended up noticing the frosties leaking all over they were filled so unbelievable full that the lid was leaking from the top coming off. No straws either.

The past two times we've been here, William has been so attentive and sweet. He's a hard worker, taking our order with a smile. Then he checked on us twice in the dining room to make sure we were doing ok and see if we needed anything. I've NEVER had that kind of service in any other Wendy's. He's definitely a keeper!
