I've been warned about this Wendy's but never had problems till now. We went through about 6pm. Absolutely horrible. We ask for a drink carrier as we had 3 drinks and 2 frosty. Luckily we did ask because when we ended up noticing the frosties leaking all over they were filled so unbelievable full that the lid was leaking from the top coming off. No straws either.

The past two times we've been here, William has been so attentive and sweet. He's a hard worker, taking our order with a smile. Then he checked on us twice in the dining room to make sure we were doing ok and see if we needed anything. I've NEVER had that kind of service in any other Wendy's. He's definitely a keeper!

What’s with the staff not paying attention to guests and not even a little smile on their face? Just rude and cold food. We were visiting the area and wish we didn’t come in.

Service was terrible no one waited on any customers for 25 minutes and I had to return to work with no lunch

The girl at the window had the worst attitude ever. Very demanding and we felt like we were rushed. She shouted at us to take our order when we just got there and there was not a single car in the drive thru. Also didnt give us our receipt. She needs a new job or switched to the back away from customers.

Usually don't have a problem with Wendy's here in town. Tonight was the worst. Not a single thing of our order was correct. We took it into consideration they were busy but we weren't the only ones who had our order wrong. Several people walked out or drove off to find somewhere else. We scheduled for our pick up at 8 we didn't get our food til 815 all for it to be wrong. Only thing they got right was my strawberry lemonade. Not one burger was right. Try to get pir order figured out and got attitude back instead. Won't be eating there anymore.

Very rude girl in the window. Was the end of the night- still 15 till they closed girl did not want to do her job asked for crackers and she said no and walked away and refused to come back.

Drive thru was a 30 min wait. Service was rude and food was completely wrong as ordered. $30 worth of food and nothing was made correctly

I meant to post this 2 weeks ago but never got to it. I received excellent service on Jan 25th at around 3:30pm. I ordered a party pack or nuggets and ended up waiting for about an hour. I thought they were just busy, as I saw some other cars waiting too. I did order a large number of chicken nuggets. It turns out there was just a technical error and mixup. The person apologized profusely and gave me extra sauce and some discount cards for future orders. I don’t know if it was a manager or what but I’m super grateful for them and they need a raise! If you’re reading this, I super appreciate you! Thank You!
