This morning at 6am I pulled through the drive thru in desperate need of a powerade (I've been so sick and none of the other restaurants have powerade anymore) and something small to eat in order to take my medicine. The past two times we've been here, William has been so attentive and sweet. He's a hard worker, taking our order with a smile. Then he checked on us twice in the dining room to make sure we were doing ok and see if we needed anything. I've NEVER had that kind of service in any other Wendy's. He's definitely a keeper!

I meant to post this 2 weeks ago but never got to it. I received excellent service on Jan 25th at around 3:30pm. I ordered a party pack or nuggets and ended up waiting for about an hour. I thought they were just busy, as I saw some other cars waiting too. I did order a large number of chicken nuggets. It turns out there was just a technical error and mixup.
