Stopped on our way home from an out of state trip and the amount of issues we and others ran into was unreal:

1. We had placed a mobile pick up order for inside. After waiting a bit, the lady at the register (older blonde hair and glasses) asked what we were waiting on and we confirmed the order. She said it never came through so my husband showed her his phone and then suddenly she located it.
2. A guy after us ordered a biggie bag subbing the fries for a baked potato at an up charge. He asked for fresh patties for his burger and the lady at the register seemed put out he would ask that. After waiting, he was advised that they had no potatoes.
3. It began to get a little busy (4 separate men ordering) and another guy walked in and waited no less than 10minutes to order only to be ignored while the workers were focused on the prior orders. One of the guys ahead of him said “maybe you’ll have to take a number and you’ll get service”. He eventually asked if someone was going to take his order, and the lady at the register rudely said she would after she was getting the orders ahead of him handled. Then told him he could go somewhere else if he didn’t want to wait, so he left. The lady at the register said out loud that she didn’t care how she treated him.
4. No Coca Cola.
5. Bathrooms are nasty and smell.
6. Tables in the lobby weren’t wiped down and had crumbs and cup ring marks on many of them.
7. Long wait time for all. Two other people walked out after not being able to place orders timely.

There were 5 workers in the back at minimum. The drive thru wasn’t busy. There was no reason for the delay and lack of service, especially for how the guy that left was treated. The staff were all discombobulated and it’s clear they don’t have good management leading them.

My last two experiences not been good I stop here alot last week my potato you could tell old brown and cold then tonight I stop there got garlic Parmesan chicken nugget and a baked potato with butter and sour cream I get home there’s no butter sour cream so I went back and told him it wasn’t very nice. act like I shouldn’t came back. But you pay for something you’re about to get it so I got back home. My food was cold. Think I’m gonna stop going there

Don’t expect a quick stop for breakfast here. Waited 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was at the counter, and 5 more for my food. Coffee was served right away, but was getting cold by time I got the single order of food.

I walked in and was greeted by the cashier as he was about to walk away from his register with a package of napkins. He said I'll be with you in just a minute and kept on walking. Then someone that appeared to be a manager said, he'll be with you in a minute. She walked over with him to the condiment station. There was no one else waiting to order, 2 people eating, no one at the drive through. Those napkins were more important than I was. It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon, they don't know what my days schedule is, they don't know i've driven 8 hours to see my grandson and I'm 30 minutes from him but I'm starved and my husbands sugar is dropping. What they do know is when they finally turned around from their back having been from me I was no longer there because I waited a few minutes and decided they have no customer service skills. As a manager the correct direction would have been to tell him to wait and take my order. NO ONE else was waiting to order
