The drive thru employee was wonderful, it was actually refreshing. The register person was nice, and polite, and actually kind. The food was correct and hot and fresh.Parking: Waynesville Ohio next to the Nine ONE or One Nine gas station across from the Shell gas Station

I get a half an hour for lunch , waited several minutes for the drive thru to take my order . Made it up to the window to pay and employee at window was having trouble with credit card reader . She said it was acting up all morning, even said the manager had to unplug it to get it to work. After another ten minutes of her trying she asked the manager for help. He tried card once and proceeded to tell me it was my card . Although employee already told me it was the reader . Need less to say - they wasted 20 minutes of my time and didn’t receive any food or apology. Went across street to McDonald’s and had no trouble using the card . Bathroom is extremely dirty. Manager was rude and that wasn’t the first time .

Very rude people work here. Asked politely for ketchup and was given none and also no napkins. Asked for order fresh and it was not. Cheese was plopped on burger and cheese was cold. Several pieces of bacon on my baconator were tough and tasted odd so I didn’t eat the bacon. Not sure what was wrong with the bacon? It was literally impossible to chew and tasted like plastic. Maybe it sat all day? I have never been as unhappy and displeased with a Wendy’s as I was with this one. Keep driving to another one if you need a Wendy’s burger.
