They recently made some changes to the seating area and it is much nicer than what it was. And I have noticed that there seems to be a lot of effort being put into the food and the service So I will go ahead and give them a far 5 star rating. I'm sure there's more improvements that can be made but the effort from what they were is 5 star. They have a nice quiet dining room Have meetings or meet with people. Now they also have a conference table with power outlets.

Went a month or so ago to get some deli meat- there was a very young girl working the counter clearly new and the older gentleman In the front working with her who was training her made a very rude comment to her in front of customers. You could tell by her face she was nervous and embarrassed. The company needs to have him take some proper training courses. I have tried to go back, but the guy is there everyday and just reminds me of how rude he was. I'm not sure if he's upper management or maybe an owner, if he is I hope he finds some patience for the next working generation. I wanted to try this place for years and this was my first experience. Like I said I have tried to go back, but just can't shake that first nasty experience.

Coffee wasn't terrible. Just a little disappointed to order something outside of just a plain cup of coffee and I'm expected to add my own cream and sugar. Coffee shops 9 times out of 10 do this for you as part of the service.
