Ordered 2 large milkshakes for the kids.. expensuve and just as bad experience all around. The young man couldnt finish making the shakes before the old lady jumped in and proceeded to tell him how. Regardless, she said out loud how many scoops go into a large shake and well.. just buy a small cone. It will have more IC. No wonder this place is dead.. oh and the young man that was working thst day.. respect for not schooling that elder on manners. As she could have waited to belittle him/you after we left, and not in public. Too boot the place looks like a dump. Bon appetit.

Ordered cheeseburgers expected at least mayo or mustard only thing on it was cheese hamburger patty and bun for 4.25.....what a disappointment. Food is expensive. Also noticed they charged my card twice so will be contacting my bank ..

Food is too expensive and not good enough to warrant the price. Staff was extremely rude to my girlfriend after asking a basic question about one of their milkshake flavors — coffee — and upon receiving it we found that it was just a pain vanilla shake. My shake was also not mixed very well and was basically just another vanilla (I ordered peanut butter). The lady at the window was extremely nice and talkative to the people ahead of us in line, and we were taken aback by her stark shift in personality once we got up to the window. Would not recommend this place ever.
TL;DR: Staff was rude, food was not that good and was expensive.

The food is expensive and tastes horrible, it seems that they buy all of their side items from local grocery stores and they aren’t ever even cooked all the way through, or they taste freezer burnt. They are almost never open and the hours are not consistent in the slightest. The ice cream is either extremely runny or so frozen it doesn’t even taste like ice cream. Highly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere, crave dairy bar does me right every time I go there!

Tried calling them several times during working hours nobody will answer the phone I tried messaging the page to see what the issue may be and they read it and ignored me so least to say I will not be going to order food from there or will I ever try to call that number again

I was passing through the town of Winchester & saw the Dairy Bar & thought I'd give it a try . I got 2 foot long hotdogs with all the fixin's . Really good chili with a nice sweeter taste . I usually go 5 alarm hot & thought this would be a nice change of pace & I was not disappointed . They have a walk up window to order & pick up from & a nice covered shady area outside with picnic tables for your eating pleasure . A really nice menu selection to choose from & a nice selection of ice cream & Amish pies to choose from . All in all a wonderful experience in a nice small town . Sadly places like this are disappearing & in their place corporate garbage all the same fast food places are replacing them . Stop in & buy some food . Really friendly staff . Come on everyone let's keep this one around for a long time to come . They deserve it , we need it . I live 53 miles from there . I ate & immediately hit the road for Cincinnati but I will drive the 106 mile round trip for more of that kind of food . Thank you Winchester Dairy Bar . You are awesome & mark my words I'll be back .
