We stopped here after a game today. 5 of us ordered and we spent around $50. They got our order wrong and I had to go up there 3 times to get it right. When I went up the 3rd time, I asked for Broncoberry sauce. They wanted to charge me a quarter. I didn't have a quarter, as I don't carry cash and refused me the sauce that I put on my beef n Cheddar. I'm extremely disappointed bc I don't eat the sandwich without it. I also use it for my fries. Definitely never visiting this location again, and I'll be sure to inform the entire team of the lousy service.

I have never had any complaints about Arby’s before and I go there quite often. At Wintersville location staff are great and food always good BUT I ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich that was $7 and it is Very embarrassing if they are instructed to make it the way they did. Soggy bun with a Ton of sauce. The meat are a fingernail size maybe got about 6 pieces. Yeah, that small. A few well overcooked peppers and maybe onions not sure because you can’t get passed all the sauce. Terrible sandwich. Arby’s location is great but that sandwich is very wrong. Worst $7 I ever spent.

Got the new cheese steak sandwich. At first all I saw was cheese and a soggy bun and thought they left off the beef I think I saw a little but 1 bite, spit out and my dog wouldnt even eat it. Worse sandwich ever I’m out $7 and they forgot cheese for fries that were old and cold. Horrible!
