Stopped for lunch today at Burger King in wintersville went through the drive thru first the couldn't understand what we wanted then pulled up to the window and they forgot one of our drinks so had to ask for it then we pulled away our pies weren't in the bag so my fiance went in to get them and the manager was very disrespectful and rude she needs to be fired the sandwichs we got were cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the cheesy tots were like rubber they say so long by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to and horrible food and workers

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes because they claimed they were making everything fresh however the food came out cold and soggy as if it sat under the lamp 10 minutes and then got served

Went through drive-thru. Got home (5 minute drive), Whopper was cold, and I had ordered plain, yet it came with all the toppings. Poor wuality

Food was disgusting. Customer service was awful. And people screaming and yelling the “R” word over and over. Completely rude and disrespectful.
My poor grandparents were upset that they no longer offer paper coupons, so I taught them how to use their cell phone to get a coupon. They went to this location and pulled up the coupon, and they weren’t sure what number to tell the cashier, so he tried to show them his phone and the cashier said she “couldn’t tell him or help him with the coupon”— that she wasn’t allowed. Not only is the food terrible and restaurant always looks dirty, but throw rude employees on top of it? Policy or not, that is absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I go here for how they were treated.
