I order 2 of the sponge bob meal one with no vegetables and one with just pickles on well got home one has nothing on it just the burger and the other one has everything on no pickles and no one is answering the phone at burger king

Two days in row first had order all mess up and over charged me second time forgot two item said I need receipt they didn’t give me one she girl was very rude. Food is expensive rebound and the don’t want to make it right because worker failed to give me receipt bull of crap I will be posting on every social media there is

Stopped for lunch today at Burger King in wintersville went through the drive thru first the couldn't understand what we wanted then pulled up to the window and they forgot one of our drinks so had to ask for it then we pulled away our pies weren't in the bag so my fiance went in to get them and the manager was very disrespectful and rude she needs to be fired the sandwichs we got were cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the cheesy tots were like rubber they say so long by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to and horrible food and workers

3 out of 3 times they messed up our doordash order, this last time it was absolutely horrible, ty doordash for the refund,as for BK employees, you should all be fired

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes because they claimed they were making everything fresh however the food came out cold and soggy as if it sat under the lamp 10 minutes and then got served

This is a good Burger King!
It was the worst whoppers we ever had all the food was cold cheese sticks was so not done will not be back
Went through drive-thru. Got home (5 minute drive), Whopper was cold, and I had ordered plain, yet it came with all the toppings. Poor wuality
Staff is very nice. Food is always good. Thankful we have a BK in town.
Food was disgusting. Customer service was awful. And people screaming and yelling the “R” word over and over. Completely rude and disrespectful.
