“McDonald's these days.... Understaffed, overworked, impossibly difficult day-to-day existence. These guys are dealing with all the usual crap that every Mickey D's employees deal with, it ain't glamorous, but they absolutely give it 100% and do a damn sight better job than the other McDonald's in the area (Stuebenville, I'm looking at you). I really appreciate that little extra effort and they make that effort every morning and the way they take the job seriously. It might seem trivial to some, but I have a lot of respect for anybody in food service,, it is not easy, it's like working in a pressure cooker with customers lining up to hate on you. Even when they are getting crushed, these guys display very strong customer service skills and I know for a fact I would have melted down already. You guys are great, hope you get a raise. “Anytime I go there it's always fast service even when they're busy. The very few times that I've had an issue with my order it was always fixed quickly and promptly and politely. You have a clear view of the kitchen so you can see your food being made and how cleanly it is. I actually might have to go and change my previous edit because I believe they're open later than they used to be towards the end of lockdowns. Management is always friendly and proper. The dining area is always clean pretty much every single time I've ever been there which is rare for a lot of places they get so busy they don't come and clean up out in the dining area. Drive-thru move swiftly. It's all in one building with a BFS gas station and a Little Caesars so you have many options for drinks and refreshments and bathroom use and gas. It's also located just off the highway so you don't have to travel far and you won't get lost it's right there you can get right back on the highway when you're done. And don't forget the flame broil burgers can't beat that.“

“Since dine-in is not possible during Ohio's stay-at-home decree as of this writing (April 4, 2020), my wife and I decided to do some take out and help by doing business with a local eatery. We chose Scaffidi's because my wife wanted Italian, and we had visited Scaffidi's several times before. In fact, we had our 50th wedding anniversary party there in 2019 and it was great. Their food is good and Frankie couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything arranged for us. But, I digress. This is about the take out meal we got this evening. My wife had the Chicken Limone with pasta, and I had a fish sandwich. Wow, I never knew take out could have good presentation, but everything looked great in the nice plastic topped aluminum containers. The food was delicious AND plentiful. We will definitely have left overs for a meal early next week, and that's good since we're shut in and cooking for ourselves is getting old already! Scaffidi's did a great job and I highly recommend getting your take out from them. The have lots of items on the menu other than Italian fare as well, so don't let their typical cuisine dissuade you from looking for other dishes. Their on-line ordering system is quick and easy. Give Scaffidi's take out a try - and make a trip INSIDE when the COVID-19 has passed and restaurants are open for dining in again!“

“Food delicious. Waitress was a sweetheart. Hostess was cold and sat us at a table that wobbled so bad you couldn't set our glasses straight. The waitress was kind enough to move us. But even after the hostess was told about the table she put an older couple there. They were so annoyed they said they wouldn't be back and left.“
