DeFelice Bros Pizza - Wintersville

⭐ 1-Star Review Terrible experience. I ordered at 6:36 and it was supposed to arrive in about 40 minutes — instead, it showed up an hour and a half later. The steak calzone tasted old and gross, and the salad was thrown in the same bag with the hot food so it was warm and soggy. I called to complain and the manager just laughed and said they were busy — no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered a large pepperoni and cheese on half and pepperoni cheese and sausage on the other half and half of my pizza has just sauce on it and it looks like someone kicked it around I would send you a picture, but apparently that’s not on the review anywhere it won’t allow me to add a picture. You would be ashamed of it though.

They seem to be having difficulty getting our orders correct. Last time we ordered a couple salads and some of the ingredients were missing also didnt give us any bambino bread. When we called about it they said that they were out. Funny thing is when we went back to get the correct salad , they magically had bambino bread.
Today we ordered a sandwich , a pizza and another salad . The sandwich and pizza were ok but they gave us somebody elses salad. I dont want to be running back an d forth to get the correct order. I've about had it with this place. They have really gone downhill lately.

Wow I just called and placed an order. Don’t know the girls name but she answered the phone. She was not nice at all. She acted like she just did not want to take my order. Wow wow wow I know people have bad days but come on when you’re dealing with the public. You need to be a little nicer.Makes not even want to put an order in but I did anyway spent $40.00’s cuz the salads are “delicious” But maybe next time she’ll be a little nicer!! all in all the food was delicious and the girl that delivered my food was very very, very nice

Excellent taste, value, service! I order for lunch at work (Murphy Family Inc.Wintersville) and don’t even have to eat dinner when I get home because I’m so full! Thanks DeFelice in Wintersville!!

Currently about $70 in the hole to this place. Had an order canceled during a power outage which is understandable. Was told I would be refunded and wasn’t. Went in and no one knew what I was talking about. Gave benefit and ordered again. Went in 45 min after I was told food be done in 30 and pizza wasn’t ready. Was told 20 min. Sat in my car for 20. Went back in and they couldn’t find my pizza. Was told it was made but “they didn’t know where it was” Delivery driver who I frequently tip $10+ to drive about 3 miles laughed it off. Said if I waited another 30 they’d remake it. Left without my pizza or a refund. DONE with this location.

Very good pizza and hoagies!

We ordered the taco and mediterranean specialty pizzas with thin crust from Tara - both were absolutely incredible and we received the best service.
Each pizza had a large amount of toppings and the crust was perfectly thin and crispy.
The mediterranean pizza was the crowd favorite - white pizza with spinach, onions, kalamata olives, feta, and tomatoes. Truly amazing, fresh, and flavorful.
The taco pizza was my personal favorite - it is HUGE! There is a ton of ground beef with taco seasoning topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The magic that holds it all together? Taco sauce and sour cream. A true delight!

The food is really good this new older customer service guy is absolutely amazing he helped me fix a mix up and took good care to ask me if I needed anything else. And he personally made sure it came back right this time. Because of him I'll keep dining here because of how respectful he was

Pizza was delicious. Got the XL Everything pizza. Felt like it weighed 10 lbs. Lots of filling toppings. Will be back.

Wont make custom pizza and also dont put all the ingredients on the pizza. Every time is a 2 hour wait. Im Done this is the 3rd time I waited almost an hour past my pick up time. I will never order from here again. The waiting lobby with 4 different ppl w 4 different orders all are also over it
