The service was excellent. The donuts didn't have much flavor. The sun shines in your eyes at the tables so bad it gives you a headache. Need to tint the windows.

EDIT: As I'm scrolling through the reviews it seems Dunkin or this locations franchisee doesn't care about the reviews either. Haven't seen a single reply to all the bad reviews, what a waste of space. Just sell to Starbucks already at least they will have coffee all day and not run out of one of two things they sell. Normally they are alright, but the past couple of times I have gone to this specific Dunkin to get donuts my order has been completely wrong. I get not having the specific donuts in the shop, but don't just ship a customer off with a dozen donuts most of which will go stale because no one in my house eats them. Hell I'm really the only person who can eat donuts without getting sick so I know they will go uneaten. Then to make it all better the app makes it practically impossible to figure out how to request a refund. Then it leads you to the website which practically forces you to use the AI assistant (lazy) and even if you do all that they only give you points so the $13.99 I spent on the dozen donuts that's going to waste is stuck in an app that doesn't allow me to use points to buy a dozen donuts unless I do it one at a time oh wait you can only redeem one thing per order.

I've went to this Dunkin for quite a few years now. They are always so friendly. I dropped my Dunkin cup and broke the lid. They gave me a replacement lid for it without hesitation! Always enjoy seeing Kimmy there! She always has a huge smile!
If I could give a zero stars I would. I was given an interview by patty in wintersville, ohio. She told me shes hiring me after the interview. All because I drank and ate she told a fellow employee that she's on the fence about me now and all because I was in the lobby! Her and the trainor kathy discriminated against me. I should speak to a lawyer.

So I went there first in the morning and I got my usual sourdough breakfast sandwich and tbh I should have wrote this review a long time ago because this making of the food is so not well made and I just tried to eat mine today and the break was stale and the egg was cold and the cheese was not even melted. Never coming here again.

Went to wintersville ohio DD today and got the 2 energy drinks and these drinks were horrible and disgusting we couldn't drink them i was going to return them I have gotten coffee here to on a couple occasions and they weren't great either. Like I said I don't like putting bad reviews down. It seems like they rush to get the drinks done and do a half a** job I will be going to weirton for now on until toronto location opens I rather go the extra mile to get it done right I'm sorry wintersville but you need to get you stuff together and take your time and get it right hopefully I'll give this store another chance in the future.......

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance Door is needing to be wider, but usable last checked might request they service to bring it to your window install the door gets rearranged. And yes there is seatable tables to accommodate the kids and disabled person's. And there is a bathroom yet I rechecked there's not enough accommodated room you would need assistance in and out of the doorway there. And you know they have availability to have tables outside on sunny days yet they don't seem to do that. But yes they have the parking designated and they do have drivethrough.
