I go there every Friday for coffee. Patricia always works the drive thru and could not be nicer! Even gave me a free donut today because my baby was screaming so hard.

I don't normally complain about businesses, but every time I go there in Wintersville they mess up my drink. All I order is a large Carmel Iced Dunklate with cold foam.. This time they didn't add the cold foam or the caramel sauce! I would've went back like I normally do, but was busy, so I guess I'll just drink whatever they give me. 😡 The Steubenville one is much better!

It is Sunday at 4 PM. Kira and Ashley are the only 2 workers they are running out of stuff. The drive through line is long, but they are hustling and doing what they can and still are very nice. So if you go to this Dunkin' Donuts, in Wintersville, be nice and try to be patient with these girls, they are doing their best.It is not their fault that they are running.Out of stuff they do not do the ordering or the scheduling. Girls, I really apprethat you're not walking out.Because of situations that are not in your control you're very good workers and the company should be very pleased to have you.

Worst coffee ever ,they definitely forgot to add something, it tastes like burnt coffee. Never again will I be back to this one .

There was 4 people working the drive thru and nobody was waiting on the walk in counter. I walked back out with no food after waiting for 5 minutes and nobody had even acknowledged I was standing there. I get a sandwich and a dozen donuts every Sunday. I never use the drive thru because it is so tight.

Went this morning for 2 donuts a coffee and a maple bacon sandwich and had to wait almost 10 minutes just for the sandwich alone plus she didn't say it will be a moment or anything and the sandwich was burnt.

I visit wintersville dunkin just about every morning sometime twice a day. Love the morning crew. Afternoon and evening crew are very ignorant and could careless about you as a customer. I purchase the same flavored iced coffee each visit and the flavor and coffee taste is never consistent. I hate to say this but when Starbucks opens in Steubenville their business may dwindle if they don't start caring and take customer appreciation and concerns seriously. If this were my store I definitely would reach out to the posted complaints and have more meetings to address the publics voice. LETS TRY ALITTLE HARDER TO MAKE YOUR CUSTUMERS WANT TO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND KNOW THAT PRIDE WAS PUT INTO EVERY SIP EVERYDAY!

If you go here in the morning it's amazing. Great food. Great coffee and the morning ladies are beyond great. They seem to genuinely love what they do and it shows how they treat their customers. If you go in the afternoon it's a whole different restaurant. Expect to be ignored and experience a long wait time. Just today I went in for a mobile order, two people in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get my coffee. And to top it off they didn't bother to give me straws for the drinks or offer a word of apology.
Sat in a very small line for 20 minutes. When we finally got our drinks they were terrible. Wife and I ordered the same drink and they tasted nothing alike.

The service was excellent. The donuts didn't have much flavor. The sun shines in your eyes at the tables so bad it gives you a headache. Need to tint the windows.
