Absolutely incredible!! I was blown away but the service & the food! Large portions, cooked to order, authentic Italian cuisine. Extensive wine list. Sage sauce is by far one of the best dishes I've ever had! My partner really enjoyed his lobster ravioli as well. The Gelato was also very, very good. We ordered Pistachio & Supmoni for dessert. Both were very good. (The waitress knew it was my birthday & brought me a candle to make a wish! So sweet!)Vegetarian options: They seemed very accommodating to my dietary preference. I ordered the wild mushrooms ravioli without the sausage. It was nothing short of amazing! ?

As always the food was delicious! I didn't get to see Giuseppe to wish him Happy Birthday, so doing it here! It was so good to see his wife and daughter and chat before dinner. They make you feel like you are part of the family. We had a large group and our waitress was very attentive. I said to my family last night the aroma when you walk in smells exactly like my Great Grandmother's kitchen on Sunday. My fav resteraunt in the valley!!

I booked the Chef table for my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely amazing. From the atmosphere of the restaurant to the presentation of the food to the taste. They killed it. Brittany was our server and she was phenomenal. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. The chef, Giuseppe, was just as friendly and welcoming. He described each dish for us as they brought it out. Completely hit it out of the park. I Will recommend this experience to everyone !

Great place, service was excellent. Tarin was very friendly and helpful with the menu. As an out of towner just passing through, it was well worth it. If I'm ever through Wintersville again I will for sure be stopping in again for the wonderful home made pasta.

Amazing food, not cheap but definitely worth the price. The portions are a good size, and while it’s not super quick, the wait for the food isn’t bad either. Real food takes time, so it’s not as fast as some. Staff is super nice, and reservations are easy to make through their website.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. Food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the artichoke appetizer. The Chef's wife was very gracious, and even took us into the kitchen to meet Chef. He was very gracious as well. We will definitely return. It's worth the hour drive from South Hills area of Pittsburg.
How did I not know this place existed? In town for work every week. Sad it took me years to discover. YUM! And a family business. Can’t beat it.

I've had the pleasure of tasting numerous dishes here but thankfully I've enjoyed what my own meal was(2x). Mother & girlfriend had dishes with chicken and mushrooms but I only droll over their noodles.GF had the Pomodoro dish were the mushrooms take over, veggies are deliciously crunchy, the side noods, altho perfectly thick'n dense the taste was off-putting to my pallet. Father was loving every dish he could find without Sage, which was in his ravioli.My comparison cannoli would be from the Italian festival at WV. The filling is not smooth & the crisp tastes like old oil.The sweet red wine is delightful♥️Parking: They be Poppin so don't drive the truck

My daughter and I had dinner at Pastaio on December 30th and we can't stop talking about how the food was so SQUISITO (EXQUISITE). The Cigar Mozzarella appetizer was sooo good as well as the Lobster Ravioli nd Funghi E Pomodoro. We also loved the Torte Della Nonna dessert. We can't wait to come back. Giuseppe, Vincenza and the staff were very welcoming with great service!

Our first visit to Pastaio! Service was great. We arrived earlier than reservation and they were able to graciously accommodate our party. The Arancini was delicious. I had the Pollo Funghi e Pomodoro and my husband had Tortellini Benigni both were very good. We met the owner Giuseppe as heWalked around checking in with diners. Nice touch! We will be back and not far from Pgh.
