Placed order online Pulled up ti drivethrough when the app told us to. They saud our order needed 10 min more We say ok and go in and wait. Noone waits on us. Then when they did, lady was rude as all heck. Said she was just waiting tables, and asked for help, they said its ready. 20 minutes later still wasnt ready. All awhile it was sitting ready to-go with other orders ontop. Pizza isnt hard so please stop doing this. Our pizza was cold and ruined. We wont be back I dont care how busy you are, or arent, be honest with your customers.

I remember Pizza Hut being really good, then I moved to the valley 13 years ago and never had go pizza hut again. I thought they changed something like places do.
