I ordered 2 footlong subs, Philly cheese steak,there was hardly any meat on it, more lettuce ( mostly core), and a sweet onion terriaki with provolone ( which was old) the lettuce was hard and mostly core also. Very poor,won't be eating, ( either my wife or I) for quite a while.

There was 1 lady ordering slow and 1 girl making her sandwiches while the other 2 just stood there and looked stupid. Waiting for 10 mins then left and went somewhere else to eat……went next door to Taco Bell!!! Fast service - Great Food!!! You need to step up your game and training!!! They were printing off receipts then giving to the girl making the sandwich — that’s not how subway works- unless this is and alternative universe ?♀️ I don’t know…you tell me subway!!!

I had a $25 gift card and logged I to my account and placed an order that I then added my debit card to for the difference but the order didn't go thru 2 hours before they closed and I'm 5 minutes down the road and they still charged me the difference and I cannot get it credited back to the my account. I will never order from them again after years of ordering! They wouldn't take the order but charged my debit card and added it to the gift card! I called the store 3 times with no help!!

AWFUL & RUDE....I've been going to subways for a long time, I've always had the best customer service. The one in Wintersville was an epic fail. I ordered what I usually order, a sandwich with no bread. About 2 seconds later a guy called, & I don't remember his name, really wish I did, called & said to make "his" job easier to just order the salad? Then continued to say to do it this way, because it makes "his" job easier. Dude, your job is to take my order and make it how I ordered it. That's what you signed up for when you took the job as a "sandwich artist".How entitled does that man feel to actually have the guts to call a patron of the company who signs your paycheck, & tell them how to order their food, because it makes his job easier.Unbelievable. This location will never get my business, and I'll make sure everyone that I know won't go there either. There are 2 others close by that give stellar customer service.
