The staff here at 4:40pm sucks!!! I sat here for twenty minutes trying to get someone to take my money after ordering on this stupid kiosk thing the ladies kept walking back n fourth by the grille and not paying any attention to me! Finally the woman comes takes my money and doesn’t even Ask if I wanted to add anymore. I definitely won’t be coming back into this ranch! What a joke!

I don't know who does the bathrooms but one time I saw that the men's restroom was absolutely trashed because of the dispensery (sunnyside) next door but having seen a guy go in and clean it, after 5-8 mins. I when in and looked at it, it was more whiter than the guy, sucks for him tho.
We went to taco bell in wintersville ohio, I don't know why you can't walk up to the counter and get someone to take your order like they used to, we will not go back to taco bell

Actually the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Made everything on the order wrong and when I went up to the desk they just stared at me and asked what they were supposed to do. Like I don’t know just make the food right? Everything had barely any meat on it and actually was very bland. I’ll go to the other one next time.
