Not the worst, but far from the best. Does any location bother keeping the dining area clean anymore? I guess employees glaring at there phone is more important than service or cleanliness.

Ordered a Nacho cheese, slow roasted chicken and rice chalupa (just meat and cheese) costs an extra $2.24!!.. barely had enough "filling" to cover the bottom of the shell. They also forgot to put the three cheese blend on it..They forgot my sauces, utensils, and napkins. I will try the other Taco Bell next time..

Trash. Went to go get some food after we got our daughter to sleep spent 39.12 got three steak quesadillas not a single one was made the same. Got 2 chalupa supreme not lettuce or tomato both had everything but sour cream! 5 layer beefy burrito was the size of my pinky… And the worst part is they weren’t even busy and we waited 15 mins for our food. While waiting at the window it was all fun and games and giggles. I get having a good time at work but at the expense of ruining someone’s meal wasting their gas and leaving me in one of the most fowl moods I’ve been in for a while. If half of their attention span was used to do their job and not joke around I don’t think this place would be half as bad as it is. When I called and spoke to the manager she had the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! Not only will I be complaining to upper management I will also be calling corporate!
