This restaurant had a closed sign. There were other people in parking lot like us who had email and text confirmations. We had to go elsewhere. The nearby restaurant we went to said that Bravo had closed the week before but they heard they were supposed to reopen. Clearly they didn't and also didn't inform Open Table! This was a huge inconvenience on a Saturday night.

Made a reservation for lunch. When we arrived, doors were locked and a sign on the door said CLOSED. No explanation of why. Out of business I'd just temporarily closed? Corona virus? Who knows? Disappointing and annoying to have bond there for nothing.

The food here it’s alright but I will say that Pittsburgh is way better than this location. Anyway still a good option in Cleveland.

This is a nice restaurant if you're looking for something a little more classy and upscale for a special occasion. The food was good and the service was okay I think I was just expecting a little bit more out of the experience but certainly worth a try in my opinion.

Poor service.....seemed to be indifferent to how long we were waiting for our food. Soup & salad were very good but the entrees had sat a long time before they made it to our table.

We had reservations for 7:00, but we weren't seated until 7:20. They did seat several other parties the same size before us. The hostess seemed to be somewhat confused. Dinner was very good none the less. Bravo no longer has the Romano Crusted Chicken Salad on their menu but when I asked the waiter, he said I could still order that salad. It was quite good.

I've been to this location twice and the staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is always good and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I'm sure to return.

Server was friendly, courteous and attentive. Salad was fresh. Wedding soup was very good. Fettuccini alfredo was good. Could have had more sauce. Pasta Woosie was great. A good meal.
