If I could give this chipotle 0-stars, I would. Absolutely do not order catering from this location. We placed and paid for a nearly $500 catering order that was supposed to be delivered between 7-7:15pm for a party for 40+ people this past Friday. At 7:45 with no food, I finally got ahold of chipotle corporate. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes, and they were useless. They were unable to get in touch with this physical location (they said no one was answering the phone), and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in management anywhere. They said the best they could do was submit a ticket/inquiry to their customer service department that would be resolved in 2-7 days. Finally, we received a text message from door dash saying that a different driver had allegedly picked up and stolen our order. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had 40 people at our house for a party and no food. Chipotle’s response? Giving us a refund for the order. That’s laughable given how disruptive this experience was for our party and how useless Chipotle was in resolving the issue. We ended up ordering $250 worth of pizza from a local company that saved the day. chipotle should give us a $250 gift card to cover the expense from their error. Terrible customer service. It’s no wonder your business is failing.

They literally closed at 6:30 on a Saturday. Out of multiple ingredients. None of the workers gave a damn about their job or customers, or at least didn't appear to. Left out of principle without ordering.

this Chipotle isn’t the absolute worst i’ve ever seen, but definitely not good either. food is pretty decent most of the time, the customer service always is never good. The BIGGEST problem is knowing whether they’re going to be taking orders or not. They’re super inconsistent with service here. I would avoid.

Zero stars really, the one guy dominic was kind however everyone else on staff on 12/2 early shift was absolutely rude and disgusting. No communication of online orders only and blatantly ignored all of us who walked in. Don’t even waste your time. Manners and common sense no longer exist i see.

Every time I visit this Chipotle, they’re out of something. At first, I thought it might just be the time of day I was showing up, but it really doesn’t matter—there are always missing ingredients. Today they had no cheese or steak. The time before, they were out of rice, fajita peppers, and cheese. It’s frustrating to consistently pay full price for a menu that’s never fully available.

They only accept online orders. No sign or communication otherwise that thos store runs online only. Also, there is no general manager. Customer Service notified. Not sure if the complaint will get across because their customer service does not speak English well.

This is absolutely one of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever visited on the evening of 11/13/2025 It was not even crowded. The girl working the counter was incredibly distracted. The counters where the cutlery is was horrendous. Then my queso was old and discolored. I was at work so had no time to go back in but I bet a visit from the health department would probably turn up a whole slew of violations. Horrendous customer service. Horrendous food, and horrendous atmosphere. This is exactly how establishments go out of business. By tolerating this abject carelessness by employees. You are serving food to human beings not cattle. Absolutely horrendous.

I am surprised at this Chipotle, my bowl was not good at all, the chicken was dry and the rice was not done.
Just walked in at 11:22 and was told that the business that is supposed to be open at 1045 am is not open yet because they don’t have rice. No apology, just a semi attitude towards the customer who arrived during the hours you’re supposed to be open and prepared. YUCK!

The restaurant tables were all dirty. Some food items were not visible through the glass. That’s how dirty the glass was.
