Three employees; Online ordering only. Online ordering wasn't working; had to go somewhere else after wasting time trying to figure it out.

Zero stars really, the one guy dominic was kind however everyone else on staff on 12/2 early shift was absolutely rude and disgusting. No communication of online orders only and blatantly ignored all of us who walked in. Don’t even waste your time. Manners and common sense no longer exist i see.

Every time I visit this Chipotle, they’re out of something. At first, I thought it might just be the time of day I was showing up, but it really doesn’t matter—there are always missing ingredients. Today they had no cheese or steak. The time before, they were out of rice, fajita peppers, and cheese. It’s frustrating to consistently pay full price for a menu that’s never fully available.

They only accept online orders. No sign or communication otherwise that thos store runs online only. Also, there is no general manager. Customer Service notified. Not sure if the complaint will get across because their customer service does not speak English well.

This is absolutely one of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever visited on the evening of 11/13/2025 It was not even crowded. The girl working the counter was incredibly distracted. The counters where the cutlery is was horrendous. Then my queso was old and discolored. I was at work so had no time to go back in but I bet a visit from the health department would probably turn up a whole slew of violations. Horrendous customer service. Horrendous food, and horrendous atmosphere. This is exactly how establishments go out of business. By tolerating this abject carelessness by employees. You are serving food to human beings not cattle. Absolutely horrendous.

I am surprised at this Chipotle, my bowl was not good at all, the chicken was dry and the rice was not done.
Just walked in at 11:22 and was told that the business that is supposed to be open at 1045 am is not open yet because they don’t have rice. No apology, just a semi attitude towards the customer who arrived during the hours you’re supposed to be open and prepared. YUCK!

The restaurant tables were all dirty. Some food items were not visible through the glass. That’s how dirty the glass was.

Absolutely filthy location, trash everywhere on the patio and in the parking lot.
Staff are your typical don't care group of kids.
And you can expect absolutely everything that is cooked to be incredibly overdone.. steak was crunchy.... fajitas were almost disintegrated..

Store is disgusting. Employees messing around bullshitting and screaming at each other so loud they couldn’t hear me to take my order. No one bothered to help me and the girls walked away from the counter when I walked up. Employees hanging on each other and talking about how much they hate their job. Full staff and yet everyone was just standing around

When I asked for vinegrette they told me they were out (shocker!). When I asked when they would make more since I was willing to wait the employee told me “We’re not”, I then asked why not and she responded with “I don’t got time.” This store needs a better attitude and management. Can’t say I’ve had a positive experience at any Chipotle location in the past year. I’ll stay away until they can figure out how to supply basic ingredients.
