Just made it in town today for a funeral. First time ever eating at a Chipotle. The restaurant wasn't clean. The server look to be counting the pieces of steak he was giving me. Now I understand why this food chain was on the news regarding their portion ratio versus the amount you pay.

by far the WORST place i’ve ever stepped into. i placed my order online for a quesadilla, as soon as i walk in they tell us they’re out of cheese… so i already assume they didn’t make my food. walking in everyone looks at you like they don’t wanna help you, like you shouldn’t be there at 7pm on a Friday night? i ask the lady if she was able to make my order before they ran out of cheese, she told me no. (mind you, i’m 2 months postpartum, I finally get a night w/o the baby and I just wanted my food) i simply asked her how i can get a refund and she said “through the app” so i go out to my car and look to see how i can do that, im not able to figure it out so i go back in asking the same GIRL (cuz she was acting like a whole child) if she could help me and she said no i don’t know how to use the app… tell me- how do you work there and not no how to use your own app or at least DIRECT me in the place. she then started to get snappy and rude with me, saying over and over “do you want another entree” when all i was asking for was her to guide me. and that’s when i left. I asked her for her name because I was calling corporate on her for her unprofessional behavior and she walked away from me, as i was walking out, her and everyone else working in there told me to “go ahead call corporate” I run my own department at a store, and I would NEVER treat another human like that, I would at least try and help them before i brush them off. what I experienced at this Chipotle was unprofessional, displeasing and downright the WORST. this girl (glasses, shorter, chubbier) and all of her other coworkers there that night, should not still have a job there, and I will be going in there to see if my complaints are made seriously.

The service is slow. I set an online order more than 20 minutes in advance. When I arrived there wasn't a line or anything and the store wasn't busy. I hadn't received my food going on 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

Visited about 2 weeks ago for the first time at this location. The food was quality, the persons were great, and the employees were very nice not only to us but to each other. The music they were playing seemed different from other locations which I found extremely refreshing, as well as the look of the restaurant. We went in the early afternoon so I cannot attest to what others are saying about being out of ingredients, but this one is in the heart of a very busy road and shopping center so they’re bound to run out of ingredients eventually. It’s not something I would fault them for, especially if they let you know ahead of ordering.

Another ghetto Chipotle. How do you manage to be out of the BASICS, like rice, when the store has 2 hours left to be open? The Chipotle franchise is a joke. It used to be so good. Between this location and Warrensville (Richmond Rd.), I'm losing interest in patronizing this franchise altogether. Smh.

Service was very horrible here will never return asked for sour cream the young guy complained he couldn't see he didn't have his glasses got fresh sour cream scrapped the metal bowl of what was left then put fresh in the top to be served everyone was just looking laughing the I asked for caseo I had to reach over grab napkins because he left so much on the outside mad when I asked about him changing his gloves I then asked for grawk on the side remember he was mad so I got none you lady was cleaning up I asked where were the forks she replied I'm cleaning get your own out of the box I'm busy I always go in University circle burrito in a bowl no problem this charge me .50 for a side what side did I get 🤔 will never return to this place again 😒 😕 😑

My husband and I walked in at 6:50 pm. As soon as we walked in, the employee started calling off all of the items that they were out of. The list was lengthy, so we just left back out. The restaurant didn't close for another couple of hours but they may as well had just closed down then.
I just stopped and picked up two burritos bowls and let me tell you whoever was working this evening made the best friggin bowls ! Thanks for all you do guys!
