The food was delicious. The special tomahawk was well made and sliced tableside, and the sides were absolutely delicious. I particularly loved the carpaccio and the watermelon salad, as well as the green beans and twice-baked potato. And the peach old-fashioned was well-made and served promptly. Dining with my parents there is a bit of extra stress, but our server Heather was super knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.
The food and service were outstanding. The portion sizes were very generous too. We had the artichoke appetizer, watermelon and Cesar salads and then our entrees. I had the salmon and my husband had the demonic steak. We also got the side of cauliflower. We did not need the side and each of us only ate about a quarter of our entrees we were so full. Everything was exquisite. This is definitely now my favorite restaurant in NEO. will definitely be back. Extremely affordable for the quality and portion size.
seconfd time at Heritage Steak and did not disapoint food and service was great ! Our Sever Elvan did a nice job. Definitly will be back.
Our first visit and was an excellent experience! The food was great and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
Our meals were delicious. Elvin was an excellent server and treated us so well. We were there on Father's Day and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the double cut chop.
I took my dad out to dinner for Father's Day. The service started off a little slow. But once we ordered everything went smoothly and our waiter followed up to check on us. The food was incredible and I would dine again.
Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed the experience. We ordered the Beef Carpaccio, Wedge Salad and Strip steak. All were excellent!
I LOVE this restaurant. My wife and I were celebrating our 38th anniversary. They had a camera and asked to take our picture and gave us a nice photo in a signed card. Our server was knowledgable, warm and attentive. The wine list is large enough and well chosen with some deals if you hunt. We had a good bottle of Zin which is my wife's favorite red varietal. There are plenty of trophy wines too if you care to impress the table next to you and of course enjoy a$900 bottle out. The wine service is excellent here. We both had a Caesar to start which was exceptional for this kind of salad at a restaurant as I am disappointed by this salad 99% of the time. The Cap steak was as tender as any filet I have ever had but far more marbled and delicious. My wife had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. My sides of green beans and hash browns were fabulous with plenty to take home. We split the warm toffee cake with a cappuccino each. It was a wonderful meal and we will certainly return.
This was our first experience in this restaurant. I have to say it's my new favorite steakhouse in Cleveland. I had the bone in ribeye, which was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Lots of interesting cocktails to consider also. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for I guess.
We celebrated a birthday! We were a table of 7 and were seated in the back room. EVERY meal was excellent; scallops, half chicken, strip steaks, shrimp and grits, mac n cheese ; and steak fries!! The drink menu is phenomenal; very interesting and creative! OVERALL: Excellent! This is the third visit to Heritage and always consistent!

Exceptional all around. The steaks are top 3 in northeast Ohio. Marble room and Ken Stewards are in about the same class.
The meal was fantastic, the best steak I have ever eaten. Service was great, amazing experience overall.
My husband and I needed a few hours of calm, good food and kind attention. Heritage delivered everything that we wanted (as it does every time we go there.). Of particular note was our server Sam -- she was there when we needed her and gone when we wanted privacy -- all with a lovely smile and attitude. A terrific relaxing evening.
This was a birthday dinner for my wife. The photo that was taken upon arrival was a very nice keepsake. We arrived on time for our reservation but had to wait 25 minutes for our table. Also food service was very slow due to our waiter having several tables. We had to remind him a few times about items. Overall though it was a wonderful night!
This was my 2nd visit to Heritage Steak and Whiskey, both visits were memorable. This visit, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. We were warmly greeted upon entering, and immediately seated, based on our reservation. The seating was perfect, nice and cozy half circle bench, vs small 2 seater table. Immediately after being seated, our water glasses were filled and we received 1 roll, each. The roll distribution on both visits, was a bit on the conservative side. 1 small roll each, brought out in a huge basket, before placing on our bread plates. I would have loved 4 WARM rolls, presented (covered) in an appropriate sized basket, and left on the table. Our server Jason, approached and proceeded to take our drink order, giving us some time to review the menu. We started with shrimp cocktail and the Heritage salad. The shrimp cocktail was presented on ice, 4 jumbo shrimp, perfectly cooked, and chilled, with a side of cocktail sauce. The salad was nicely presented, and perfect combination, of salty, slightly sweet, and dressed accordingly. For entrees, my husband ordered the prime rib cheeses teak sandwich, which arrived with steak fries and a homemade pickled veggie medley. I ordered the scallop tagliatelle, upon recommendation by our server. It was an excellent suggestion. Perfectly cooked tagliatelle pasta, in a perfectly seasoned red pepper sauce, topped with pan seared scallops accompanied by a serving of broccoli rabe, delicious! We then ended our meal, with sticky toffee pudding and a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream, which was also at the recommendation of our server. The dessert was delightful. The sticky toffee pudding was more of a cake, served warm, drizzled with caramel sauce. The perfect combination to end our meal. All in all this was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Jason, was attentive, professional and took really good care of us. The restaurant also commemorated the occasion with a complimentary photo, nice touch, we'll b
