TLDR: tried to serve me food that they dropped on the floor, instead of just remaking the sandwich.
I’ve gone to this Jersey Mikes a few times and have never had any issues before this, but I don’t think I can eat there any more after this.
I ordered a hot sub, and was turned to talk to a friend. Friend said “oh my gosh she just dropped that and put it back on the grill”. The floor was disgusting too. Not like they really need to keep it spotless, it’s a kitchen I get it, but definitely not a chance you should be serving food that touched the floor. We watched in disbelief as they cooked it and packed it up into a sandwich. My friend walked over and asked straight up “did you put the dropped meat in my sandwich”.
The employee looked her dead in the eye and responded: “No don’t worry, I put it in the 42” which was my sandwich!
I’ve got no trust in the standards of this place anymore because if I’m not watching them like a hawk while they make my sandwich, then apparently I’ll get my food dropped on the floor and served to me with no issue.

I order a sub from here at least once a week and I've noticed that the bread quality has gone down significantly. I don't know if it's being over baked or if it's just stale but it's unacceptable. Some of the staff here don't follow directions..I don't know why that is.

Great service & food my only complaint would be I ordered the Italian online asked for no ham with extra meat added … the cook gave me extra ham remember I said no ham 😳😳😳😳😳

Very rude! I ordered online for in store pickup. When I arrived I went inside to the area where the online orders are sitting. I respectfully picked up my bag double checked to make sure it was my order and name . There was a guy walking towards me yelling at me saying ma’am ma’am what are you doing? I replied I’m picking up my order! His response to me was we don’t allow people just to pickup food! I was confused because nothing said customers please wait for store member to give you your order. It felt kinda racist! Ive been there on different occasions and never witness nobody else getting yelled at for picking up their online order. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I Hope he sees this review.
I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.

Personally think this is the best ran franchise in the area. The food is excellent and looks like the photo and tastes great! The only thing that really grinded my gears is a soda for $4 which is almost half the cost of a reg sandwich. Extremely over priced and wont buy again.
