This is my favorite place I come here all the time I couldn't believe how nasty or how the young guy with braids was to me I always ask for two or three cups of pickles on the side this night I asked for three 🤔 he gave me one and walked off okay sir I asked for three is that okay he gives me one more not two then gose in the back like really okay next time you will not take my order young man !!!!

TLDR: tried to serve me food that they dropped on the floor, instead of just remaking the sandwich.
I’ve gone to this Jersey Mikes a few times and have never had any issues before this, but I don’t think I can eat there any more after this.
I ordered a hot sub, and was turned to talk to a friend. Friend said “oh my gosh she just dropped that and put it back on the grill”. The floor was disgusting too. Not like they really need to keep it spotless, it’s a kitchen I get it, but definitely not a chance you should be serving food that touched the floor. We watched in disbelief as they cooked it and packed it up into a sandwich. My friend walked over and asked straight up “did you put the dropped meat in my sandwich”.
The employee looked her dead in the eye and responded: “No don’t worry, I put it in the 42” which was my sandwich!
I’ve got no trust in the standards of this place anymore because if I’m not watching them like a hawk while they make my sandwich, then apparently I’ll get my food dropped on the floor and served to me with no issue.
