Pulled up to the police shut down the drive thru, and a semi truck, reversed in the area customers are supposed to pull into, to order. Forced to go inside. Not given a receipt. Sat around for as long as it takes to get a meal at a diner. Got angry, asked about my order, which was not announced, and sitting at the counter, cold. I wasn’t given a receipt, and would’ve had no idea what number to listen out for, if they even called out for it. Get it together. Won’t be back.

Hello My husband was at ur facility this morning for breakfast. The eggs were good but the sausage was dripping with grease. They were so bad I had to throw them away. Please don't serve this. This is very unhealthy and can cause serious digestive issues. I will never purchase breakfast from you again.

Cavs are 10-0, Let Em Know, right? Think again. This McDonald’s ruins every kid’s hopes and dreams. The Cavs played a great game and dominated the Warriors and since we scored over 120 points, we won a free large fry at McDonald’s with the app. However, once we got to McDonald’s, it was all downhill from there. No one cared about us and ruined our happy evening. Once they finally noticed us, they were clueless about the Cavs promotion. Like, stay in tune the with the greatest team in town! They wouldn’t give us any free fries and I downloaded the app for nothing. I will be deleting the app and will never give a penny to this corrupt establishment. They would not give us the fries that we earned and we left sad and hungry. Thanks for nothing McDonald’s, leaving a sour taste in our mouths after a great evening.
P.S. Wendy’s is better anyways. Fresh, never frozen beef.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO! THEY PARKED ME AND I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR TWO 6-PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS AND FRIES!
The app gave the wrong code at 4:28pm and I told the woman what I clicked wasn't a had brown but 30% off a 20 piece. She cocked me an attitude on the speaker and said there was nothing she could do and she couldn't give it to me for free. And I told her I didn't want it for free but for the percentage off. She cocked me an attitude again and I finally told her fine and drove off. What a waste of my time.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY HANDS DOWN!!! You would think because of the area it’s in the service would be better YEAH RIGHT!!!
