I rarely will eat at MCD’s, but stopped to get some chicken nuggets and the experience wasn’t great. Took forever, the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, and the cost just keeps going up (like everywhere). This reminded me why I never eat at places like this.

Expect to be let down. Hands-down the worst experience you will have. I’d happily drive 20 minutes to the next McDonald because you would receive food faster anyways. On top of it the staff isn’t friendly and the place is filthy.

Sat in the drive thru for over five minutes at the speaker. Not one person in front of us. Pull up to the window, or one but both Drive thru workers on their phones.

Got pulled around from the drive thru which is totally fine, but waiting 20 minutes for 2 meals is ridiculous. I get being understaffed and what not but 2 meals is so simple, won’t be back to this location

I worked at a McDonald’s before, I get that it can be taxing and stressful. What I don’t get however, is that I ordered a large meal and I expected a large drink. I was handed a medium, I was slightly confused seeing as I was expecting a large drink to go with the large me. At the McDonalds I worked at it was protocol to have the drink match the meal. Things happen it’s fast food, so I asked if it was supposed to be a large.
I don’t know what lady was handing out food at 12:45 today, but I would’ve rather been politely told I was mistaken and that’s the drink I got instead of listen to some older(50s maybe) lady loudly complain about me behind her window, like I couldn’t hear her.
I was just picking up lunch for me and my friend who was working, I wanted to stop close so their food was still warm…I’m not gonna be doing that again

How can this McDonalds be this bad? The cashier literally told a customer to read the menu. The service is ridiculously slow. I will never be returning to this location.

The website says the drive thru is open from 5am onwards. I pulled up to it at 5.20 this morning and sat there for ten minutes and despite seeing employees in the store, no one responded to the drive-up kiosk. Clearly the hours need to be updated as they are inaccurate or the employees just decided not to respond to a customer.

Management really listens and cares. Most of the employees are super friendly and keen to detail. Food is always fresh and hot Nuggets to dry often..

As far as McDonald's goes this is a pretty good one. There's always a line just because of the location being at a busy spot. But they take it seriously and the food is cooked and assembled properly. No complaints.
