I was going to contact the franchise owner listed on the receipt, but then I realized that I really have no interest in coming back to eat this low quality rubbish they pass off as food, which is also extremely overpriced.

Food was old and double cooked. Cheeseburger patties were burnt, dried out, and cheese was completely unmelted, buns cold. Fries were old and hard, dried out, - they had clearly been double fried. Nuggets were old and hard.
I'd like to return the two cheeseburgers we didn't touch for a refund. Tired of getting such icky food from McDonald's restaurants, it's more of the rule than the exception now. Tired of these companies stealing my money by serving garbage

Absolutely the worst experience at McDonald’s in Woodmere. The woman taking our order—her name was either Paris or Harris (not entirely sure)—was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were placing our order, she made strange noises, mocked the way we spoke, and then repeated our order back in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. This behavior was completely unacceptable, uncalled for, and embarrassing. Customers should never be treated this way. It was a shameful experience and reflects very poorly on the establishment.
I almost rode away but I end up checking my bag and I had a cheese burger in the bag instead of crispy chicken glad I check before I left.
