This business is a JOKE!

Whoever the girl is working at the front is extremely RUDE, IMMATURE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Got an attitude because she didn’t hear my full order and how could she with EARBUDS in! I never been so pissed off with a food service worker ever. There’s no managers or team leads in the building. Never again will I support Pulp. The location in South Euclid is just as bad. They’re hiring anybody. Children who don’t wanna work or even trained properly. Never again.

Overall this is hands down the best pulp. My smoothie is always made properly and the workers actually know how and what they are doing. I prefer this one over all of them and that’s why I’m a regular here. So thank you for having great customer service and handling whatever needs to be handled to achieve great service.

There are 3 people in the parking lot including me waiting to get a smoothie and they aren’t open and they are supposed to be.

The ladies here are always kind and efficient.

Cashier had horrible service and was drinking a smoothie ignoring me until she finished cleaning then she made my smoothie completely wrong it was watered down and had little to no flavor at all . Absolutely disgusted and will never recommend this location to anybody. This location needs to be retrained because how do you mess up something that only has three ingredients in it like embarrassing. They need a better staff with better motivation because this location is sad. Please do better next time pulp…

what is the point of online ordering 30 minutes before i’m there if i still have to stand in line and watch the employee make it? especially when it states my order has been made and is ready for pick up.

edit after response from owner: this is not a today problem, it’s quite literally every morning that i order from you, which is 2-3x a week because i work right down the plaza.
if your system doesn’t provide accurate time quotes- why use it? and over 30 minutes should be more than enough notice to make a smoothie.
while i’m here listing the issues this pulp has- your staff doesn’t greet anyone who walks in, makes them wait in line to pick up an online order, the place regularly sounds like a club the music is so loud, half the staff doesn’t have their hair pulled back (i’m sure the health dept would love that). your place is awful and i truly only went there for the convenience. luckily, one of the employees told me what brands you use, so i’ll be making my protein packers at home. i’ll enjoy saving that $120 a month i spent there.

The customer service was rushed. The employees were improperly dressed. No hair nets. Her hair was out and it was blond. They play inappropriate music. The girl was politely rude. Be careful you might get hair in your food!

Normally, I won't give bad reviews, I won't go back or review. However, this deserves a review. My wife purchased a bowl from this location and it was supposed to have yogurt, berries, banana, granola, and peanut butter. Well, this had banana and peanut butter sloppy in the bowl. It was horrible and a waste of money. Finally, when my wife called back to inform them of the mishap, the young lady told her they have different ways of making bowls. Pulp, I won't be back but if you want to keep customers, please get a standard and train your workers!

Three young lady’s were working here and they were extremely nice and helpful. I just had a really bad experience at the University circle location and this location was completely different thanks to the lady’s working. They were professional, helpful, and delightful! What a great location to get a smoothie!

I am not a fan ofordering at places that employ a lot of teenagers because I’m big on customer service. No one greets me when I walk in. No one says “You’re welcome when I say “thank you.” They just hand you your order and walk away. Then they run to the back and hide so you can’t ask for anything else.
