The customer service was rushed. The employees were improperly dressed. No hair nets. Her hair was out and it was blond. They play inappropriate music. The girl was politely rude. Be careful you might get hair in your food!

Love this place so much. Smoothie’s are delicious and love the wraps. Employees are so sweet and so nice. I’d definitely come back here.

Normally, I won't give bad reviews, I won't go back or review. However, this deserves a review. My wife purchased a bowl from this location and it was supposed to have yogurt, berries, banana, granola, and peanut butter. Well, this had banana and peanut butter sloppy in the bowl. It was horrible and a waste of money. Finally, when my wife called back to inform them of the mishap, the young lady told her they have different ways of making bowls. Pulp, I won't be back but if you want to keep customers, please get a standard and train your workers!

Three young lady’s were working here and they were extremely nice and helpful. I just had a really bad experience at the University circle location and this location was completely different thanks to the lady’s working. They were professional, helpful, and delightful! What a great location to get a smoothie!

I am not a fan ofordering at places that employ a lot of teenagers because I’m big on customer service. No one greets me when I walk in. No one says “You’re welcome when I say “thank you.” They just hand you your order and walk away. Then they run to the back and hide so you can’t ask for anything else.

This is THE BEST PULP IN CLEVELAND. The staff know me by name (Mr. C) and always have my order ready within minutes. The staff also very clearly care about their jobs. That attitude and diligence should not go unnoticed, especially when they have no incentive to care that much. Smoothies are always well mixed. Acai bowls are never runny/goopy. They have also never screwed up an order for me ever. Seriously the best location in town.

I visit this place 5 days a weeks and never had a problem until now today one of my smoothies was made completely wrong and I get the same thing every single time so today a new person made my drink that I haven’t seen before so when I got back to work my ELite 8 was made wrong so I called and Ariel (the owner as she stated) told me to bring it back and she will remake it I informed her that I was on break and can’t leave out again and she proceeded to tell me that to bring it tomorrow and hung up on me I guess I’m supposed to carry a smoothie around so I called back and she ask what’s my purpose of calling her back! We need to stop visiting these places if the owner treat us as such
