The Woodmere Starbucks is outstanding, I stop there most mornings on my way to work. It is an extremely well managed store, rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, even if go to drive thru. As soon as I step in the store, I feel welcome. It is such a nice way to start the day. Marianne Sanders

You know what you're getting, it's the same from store to store. This one is usually busy and has some serious wait time. Frustrating when your drinks and hot food are ready but your waiting for a pastry, just waiting and watching people leaving that came in after you. Other stores don't share this issue.

Its not the Starbucks but the shopping centers prison style entrance and exit to accommodate the Trader Blows shoppers next door that makes me sick. They have a self pay kiosk in the att store which is why I went but the next time I think ill just go to the one in Solon. I would recommend all patronize another Starbucks location. Two Woodymere cops 👮♂️ doing speed and light traps within a quarter of a mile of each other as well.
This starbucks is by far the worst I have ever been to. Ordering in-store or ahead online take forever to receive an order and is never accurate based on app-estimate. The drive through is an absolute disaster. You WILL NOT ever wait less than 20 minutes, no matter what time of day. What's even crazier is the inside is never busy. I've seen times with 2 people inside and about 8 cars in drive through line and it still take half an hour. It's a shame such a convenient location is so absolutely incompetent. The entire staff should be replaced.

I usually stop by this Starbucks because it’s conveniently located near my job, but I’ve consistently experienced long wait times in the drive-thru — often over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this takes up a significant portion of my lunch break, which makes the visit feel more stressful than enjoyable.
I always order a Pink Drink, but lately the foam has been less than ideal — more soupy than foamy. I’ve started to reconsider coming to this location due to the ongoing delays and inconsistent drink quality.
There’s definitely room for improvement in speed of service and in building a better understanding of customer preferences. I hope this feedback helps bring about some positive changes because the location is convenient, but the experience needs work.

Oh my goodness this Starbucks pulls the WORST espresso shots in all of NE Ohio. No matter what I order, they are burnt and there are grounds at the bottom of my drink. I'm convinced they don't even provide blonde shots when requested.
