Staff consistently gets orders wrong, no matter the method of ordering. I can’t eat dairy, and the last 3 times I’ve been there, I’ve been given dairy cold foam instead of non dairy.

I ordered my a sandwich through my app initially and was picking up drive-thru. I waited for like 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to pick up my order, since there was no parking place available either. Once I reached to the ordering window, I added a flafal and was said wrap will be ready by the time I get to the service window. It took another 10 minutes to reach to the service window. After all this wait, when I received my food, my sandwiches were cold, in addition, I a GOT WRONG sandwich, which I noticed when I came back to work. I got late by 15 minutes to my work because of all this. Even the store location is only 5 minutes form my work place and I thought I will be back in like 10 minutes the most but I got back after 40 minutes. It was such a diasaster, never ever ordering anything again at this location. on top, when I pulled at the window, I saw employees taking all thier sweet time to bring your order to you like customers have all the time in the world and there is no rush at all.

It’s always a great experience here! The baristas are friendly, and the drinks are consistent. This cozy store makes it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. This was my go-to Starbucks during my stay in the neighborhood.

Disappointing experience due to inattentive service. I opted to go inside instead of using the drive-through for a quick PSL, but the drink was left sitting inside counter without any notification to other servers. Instead the server started chitchat and laughing. After waiting around for 15 minutes, I had to step in and ask for my order. It seems you have to constantly monitor and remind the staff just to receive your beverage in a timely manner.

Ive had some of my worst Starbucks experiences here. Employees are usually nice and accurate but there is one tall, plus sized lady with the worst attitude. I asked her for a straw and was met with a dirty look and a disgustingly angry sigh. That same lady was rude to my friend and I was astounded that this lady continuously has an attitude. There is no other way to describe her but nasty without reason. Wait times are also unbelievable due to understaffing. If you wanted to leave out of the line after waiting for 20 minutes you couldnt because it is far too narrow.
