On Friday, Dec 19, we sat down at 5:20. Finally got our meals at 6:13. Not very happy with service.

I'm from Texas, so my expectations were quite low when I went to this small local diner. Obviously I was quite surprised! It appears to be a family run operation and they have done their homework! The food was pretty good, at least four stars, but not quite good enough for five... Service was, considering the size, flawless. Even the atmosphere reminded me of a border cantina! If you're coming thru, stop for a bite.

The place is really nice, food is good and tasty, but the service... They were sooooo nice and accommodating, I felt well taken care of. I am now going to make this a regular stop.

This is the BEST Mexican I have ever had! Mi Mucho gusto la salsa! It is made here. My husband had the Birra Tacos and I had the street steak tacos. We shared a Chile releno.
The food was very delicious, the portion sizes were good, the wait for the food was not long, and the food menu was very reasonably priced. The servers were attentive, courteous, and generally nice people. There is an air hockey table and a pool table on the inside, which, with the presence of a bar and reasonably priced drinks, may also make a nice spot to hangout after dinner.

Buenos Amigos is hands down my favorite restaurant in town! The food is affordable and authentic, the staff are always super friendly and attentive, and my family and I always have a wonderful time dining there. I cant recommend this place enough! My husband and I celebrated an anniversary there this afternoon and like always the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful dining experience. Also we love the decor and murals, this place is truly the best!
