I had ordered some chicken strips and a famous bowl from drive thru. I asked for sauce for the chicken strips also. When I got my food,no sauce or utincels to eat my food.

I went thru the drive thru on oct 1st. The sandwiche they gave me was wrong. I pulled back around and received the same exact mistake chicken sandwich as the first time. I also was going to purchase something else but I didn't have enough money. They still took all the money off my card. Now I have a $35 dollar overdraft fee. The manager stated he couldn't do anything about the prior days money(lie). I said i wanted his name to give to corporate and he hung up on me. Ridiculous! I will NEVER go back. Small town USA KFC needs some training or something.

Me and my husband stopped to get dinner around 8:00 pm. No one came to the counter to take our order seemed like everyone was working the drive thru. Seemed like staffing placement was an issue, waited about 5 minutes then decided to go elsewhere.

Myself and my husband went in there today which is 3/3 at 2:21 this afternoon. The music was so loud we couldn't even talk they had to yell at us when our order was ready.The sound decimal on my husband's phone was reading 73. We couldn't even talk to each other. That's a bit ridiculous when you have people that are trying to talk to each other and enjoy a meal.
