Employees don't wanna be there or do their job. Terrible service and constant mess ups. Another chance Aug 25th and I get 2 medium iced coffees instead of Carmel macchiatos. This place needs new management.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the cashier over the speaker is never kind. I'm always rudely greeted as follows: "What can I get you?" I have worked fast food for nearly a decade & I was taught to do things much differently. Tonight around 1130PM, I was attempting to go through the drive thru again & all of the workers ignored me at the speaker then turned the outside lights completely off on me so I wasn't able to even order.

I am not one to ever complain about service because I know how hard this job can be, but my husband and I went for breakfast and after making sure everything was in the bag we left to go home. After pulling out our food we realized that one of our two McGriddles was very thin compared to the other. While we received one complete sausage McGriddle the other was simply the bun of the McGriddle, nothing inside. When I wanted to call the store to inform them and check with them to see what to do, I could not get a hold of a single person. I attempted to call 17 times over a period of an hour and was hung up on etc. Maybe they were just having a bad day…
