placed order ,Manger told me 45 mins for delivery. my order never arrived within 45 mins. called back manager and employees vary rude and my food had not even been started. at this point I had waited hour and a half. manager hung up on me twice ,employee hung up on me once. marcos in woodville is a joke take your business elsewhere
things are always messed up and they do not want to take responsibility for the things they do wrong. shotty management
Unreal to say the least!! To get hung up on intentionally while making an order is sure professional! Of course nobody knew the name of the person that did it! Then I go in for the 20 min order pickup and wait 45 min! Had enough for one day, left there and didn't even get a refund w/o my pizza's! (they can't do that..) Best part was they couldn't even get me the owners name or general manager to reach out to but the 2 girls on site were managers that couldn't handle a simple...read full review
