We were staying at a nearby KOA so we ordered delivery. The pizza was very good and the requested thin crust was perfect. We especially liked the delivery person, Becky. She was earlier than expected, polite, found the camp site no problem. All employees should be as professional as Becky was. She's a keeper!

We were enjoying ordering at times but after placing an order and being told 34 min delivery time on the app as we wait over an hour and then the order wasn't as placed.....well I don't think we will be ordering again not with their idea of solutions that was nothing but screwing over the customer. I left a 20% tip and we didn't cause a fuss about the wait but you mess up the food you should fix it. We placed a $50 order and ordered 4 Ranches as we use it for the food as that's how we eat it the order arrived with one. I called I got I'm sorry and then an eventual offer of a $6 refund. As I again told her we use the sauce for the food as she then tells me she has no diver but if I need the sauce she can have sauce delivered I guess to use on room temp food when she gets around to it or again a $6. Took refund and ripping up number... horrible service.

Pizzolis worst ever...picked them up 1st time and called because they were still raw inside...ok, we'll make you new ones... picked them up for the end time, they were still raw inside. Also the employees do not wear prep gloves while making your food.

I always love the delivery drivers at this Marco's. They're always very friendly. Tonight, my neighbor ordered pizza while I was outside playing with my tired, cranky 4 year old. He got so excited, thinking I ordered the pizza. He was so let down when he realized that it wasn't for us. The Marco's staff asked him what his favorite pizza was. Half hour later, he showed up with a pizza for my little guy. What an absolutely sweet thing to do! Shout out to Steve. You made my son's day!
The food is phenomenal but we ordered it at 6:07 and got here at 8:05. never ordering again

Ordered online, said ready at 6:30. Arrived at 6:39. Waited and waited while my order was sitting on the shelf, already paid and tipped. Finally walked back to my car to get my kid, and when walking back in someone was finally up to the register and assisted a gentleman even though I had been in there waiting before him, sounded like his salad was not ready yet either. So I stepped up next to get mine. No apology for the wait, no have a nice night. I understand busy, but when it’s pre paid and sitting in front of you for ten mins…. poor customer service. Could’ve at least extended the apology and offered me to have a nice night. The other woman waiting used to work there, and they had her come back later because the worker “had no idea where her bread is at”. The customer who used to work there didn’t seem bothered but, yeah seems like the workflow needs some pace fixing.

This place is a joke. Gets worse and worse each time I order small town so I keep trying to give it to the benefit of a doubt. Most of the workers there are rude and incompetent. They can’t ever seem to get an order right Oh, and if you were getting delivery, just don’t because they’ll let your pizza sit there for an hour plus never getting delivered because there’s only one driver. It’s a wonder. Nobody wants to work there anymore.

Marco's pizza is horrible! The only reason I decided to order again is that they are only pizza joint that will deliver in my area. The food is disgusting!
