I have loved this pizza place since I was a kid, they have great pizza for an affordable price and it doesn't taste like cardboard. The delivery service is Great and the drivers are friendly

I ordered 2 subs, wings and salad but salad wasn’t delivered. I told the driver he forgot my salad he said he would be back to deliver it. I waited an 1 hour he never came back. I called store and told them the situation now I have to wait another hour to get my salad. I waited a total of 3 hours for a salad.

I usually love ordering from here but the last TWO times I've order and they deliver, right away they ask "are you leaving a tip on here or cash" instead of asking how I am or how I'm doing and I always leave a tip but the last two times I almost didn't because of that interaction but I left one anyways and this last time I should've said no tip but I'm to nice of a person to do that. Other then that the food is always amazing.

I didn’t expect to wait that long for pizza and I’m not the only one who had to wait that long. We waited outside and seen others leave and get refunded while others still waited for their orders. But the food was good though!

Frustrating, every time I do a mobile order it’s never ready it’s always ready 20-25 minutes later.. I ordered 2 hours to have a pick up at 7:05 and here I am 20 minutes later….

I ordered the hot honey pepperoni magnifico last night. Picked it up as normal, except little did I know, they had absolutely soaked the pizza in the honey sauce. I mean, it was an absolutely ridiculous amount. So much so, that the goo spilled out of the box during normal travel (less than a mile to my house) all over my two year old truck's seats, staining them. Once I got in the house I noticed not only did it spill all over the seats, it was all over my coat and shirt too. Completely staining them as well, I washed them both with Tide, Oxyclean and stain remover and the stains are still there. On top of all that, I couldn't even eat the pizza because the viscous honey sauce was all over the pizza crust and box and simply... everywhere. It was disgusting. $10 pizza ruined hundreds of dollars of clothing and upholstery. I am absolutely done with this place, don't care how close they are.

Not happy after weeks of no delivery I finally am able to place a delivery order to not get my order at the woodville location, they said after me waiting over an 30 minutes past my delivery time just to be told they had no drivers. I have been a delivery driver an customer service for a long while so I get the industry frustrations but if you have no drivers you need to make delivery unavailable on the site.

If you only have one driver and are busy, explain that to people. Don't make them wait over an hour without answering your phone. Arrived to pick up my delivered pizza, place was totally disorganized and others waiting looked just as annoyed.

I have tried to order from this place multiple times and they can’t drive 7 miles to deliver food. Don’t order from here if you’re so close to the place. They won’t be able to deliver to you. This place is very sad.

I ordered delivery at 4pm. I paid nearly $17 to have an order of cheesy bread and a 2-liter brought to me. After the phone person told me it would be 30-40 min. I said ok. I was charged immediately. After 50 min, I called to ask where my order was. (I am 10 min away from this place.) The phone person claimed there was only one delivery driver on staff and the 2nd one just arrived and took my order to deliver. Another 30 min went by and the food finally arrived. Only is was cold and hard. I called back to speak to someone and they put me on hold for 16 min before I hung up. It is now nearly 6pm. So for 2 hours and $17... I had the equivalent of melted cold cheese on a large cracker. I will never call them again for anything. The Young guy on the phone was polite. Too bad his manager is severely lacking. Tell your phone person if there's only one person driving ...too extend time... and cooks to put food in later. Hope you get your act together before you lose your job. Don't ignore customer calls either. Thumbs down. Don't send me to tellmarcoeither...blah lahnlah either. I can see from past reviews ...same problems. Get your act together.

We have delivery ordered from this location in woodville for years. The past 3 times terible delivery service. I do not mind waiting an hour or so from the time I place the order. The problem is the order arrives a hour after the promise time. Not hot. Terible. I always payonline and leave 20% tip. This last time I only did 10% and was going to cash tip the driver more. But still waiting! Why so long after promise time?
