I placed a pickup order sunday (9/7/25) around 5:00 pm. They were super busy, but the staff did an amazing job!!! The food was perfect and the service was even better. I'm hoping management sees this review because the staff was truly working all together and getting it done, with a smile.

Used to be a great location we would drive 30 minutes when the kids wanted it.. not so much anymore. The burgers are always old or burnt the nuggets old. Fries either cold from being old or cold from being fast cooked. I stopped getting double cheeseburgers since they patties were gross but the QPC was just disgusting. Stood at the counter to ask about a remake and was blatantly ignored. The restroom is gross. The hand dryer has been broken for months so after washing your hands either you wipe it on your jeans or reach for a sopping wet paper towel roll on the sink.

Don’t like doing this but food is never done right. My bagel 3 times in a row (different weeks) was burnt so black it was inedible, tasted and smelled like burnt toast! Then today the 4th time I got it the bagel was pale and soft almost completely uncooked/toasted ?? Oh and the one time I do complain about it they tell me they can’t fix it because breakfast is “already over”? LOL so I’m out of a 10$ meal 3x..?? Anytime I get lunch as well the burgers look like they were thrown on the floor and then slapped back together, fries are always cold & soft/unsalted EVERY TIME.

I've been to this location, on multiple occasions ... and I'm more of a Wendy's person. HOWEVER, this location is fast, clean, and usually quite polite, and the food has always been done right.
I've even sat in the parking lot to eat, and was shocked at how quickly they cleared rushes, was almost entertaining to watch.

Typical fast food shit. They mess ur order up then the manager trys to act like it's your fault. I almost put hands on this guy lol. Not really. They wouldn't know what to do with $20 p/ hr.

Woodville Ohio. Pancakes cold! McMuffin cold , cheese wouldn’t melt! Hash browns cold and tasted like they sat out too long ! Sausage was great! You owe me a refund! Come on Woodville McDonald’s! Get it together! Very unhappy with your quality control! Lee
