I went in subway dec 23/ 2023, sat , to get a footlong roast beef, for my wife and a veggie wrap for me . No one in line, young man was good and attentive, here's my problem . They had no mainaise!!!!!! They charge premium prices . And I tipped young man he was nice , I went home used my own mainaise!!!!!Last time I was there they were out also , that's a key ingredient, for a sub shop I think!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be a while before I go back !!!!

Their manager is rude and doesn't do a very good job. Their bread is always stiff. Their staff usually gets your order wrong ESPECIALLY when you order it online. I was never had one online order correct. All of the good and nice/welcoming employees don't work there anymore and I personally blame the manager for that. But hey, it would be a lot better and it would make the difference if someone went to work there since they are hiring and do a good job. Their seating and bathrooms are amazing and it would probably be a 4 star place if the employees were competent. Thank you for reading my review!

I’ve ordered online several times from this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they don’t toast the sandwich or even heat up the meat. I brag the rotisserie chicken each time and when I get it home, the chicken is ice cold. They try saying “our toaster isn’t working”. If that’s the case, contact the customer and inform them. Never again will I waste my money at this pathetic, lazy business.
