My Husband & I went there last night for a late Dinner & half price Appetizers.. Food was awful, it honestly taste as though the fryer grease hadn't been changed in days.. We talked with the Mgr, she did nothing but take $9 off our bill, when in reality she should have comped the whole thing, we barely ate anything..

This restaurant sucks at delivery order accuracy and refunds that never happen then the manager said he'd send gift cards THAT NEVER SHOWED UP because they can't refund? Ridiculous horrible business practice. You lost our business forever and we ate here, all the time. You're liars!!!!! No thanks. I called 3 times still with zero results. So maybe you need new management there. I'm done.....

Food as is to be expected from a bar and grill but the service leaves much to be desired at this location.

BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER TAKE OUT HERE! We ordered some takeout last night. When I arrived at the pick up time it wasn't ready. So I waited..... 15+ minutes ( which really wasn't the issue until I got home). When my wife bit into her chicken sandwich, it was raw! Never again will I order takeout from here! Absolutely disgusting

Food came out cold. Didn't look very busy. Seen people waiting to get seated while there was no wait for a while. Only seen our server twice.

My daughter and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and had such a great visit. My kiddo has extreme dairy allergies- and we never want to be a pain asking a ton of questions of what ingredients are in every item- but we also don't want to make another trip to the ER. Going out to eat doesn't happen often {poor kid}. We got to Applebees and the waitress showed us the online app that shows allergen items. We were SO appreciative! The manager nearby also showed us a way to see every item on the menu's ingredients. It's amazing how many times we've ordered something and the BUN ends up having dairy, which isn't anyone's fault, but definitely our worry. This was awesome! We ordered with confidence, TOTALLY enjoyed our time laughing, received GREAT service and had delicious burgers! Thanks Applebees.

We arrived at 4:30pm. We waited for over 30 minutes for a table. We did wait patiently as we had a party of six. We were seated in a section and told that our waitress was not on site yet. Another family of five arrived just after we were seated. That family was seated, served and left before my children had their food. After an hour and 45 minutes from our arrival my children still did not have their food. The adults food arrived. The steak was supposed to be medium and it was well done. Horrible overall experience. Will not be returning.

I visited Applebee’s last week with my grandmother per her request! We hadn’t been there in years. The inside still looks the same as it did when it was built- nostalgic, maybe? The food was just ok- I’d go back but I’m not craving anything from the menu.

Had lunch with my boyfriend and it was fine until our bartender, not even naming names, quite literally would not leave us alone to eat and drink in peace. We probably said “yeah” politely to everything she said over 100 times, clearly uninterested. I came to have lunch with him, not our bartender. She mostly complained about how she was doing 4 different roles besides being a bartender that day and that the new computer system implemented in December was still awful and confusing and it just absolutely sucked listening to her instead of talking to my boyfriend the whole lunch. Left behind irritated.
We decided to do a to-go order about a week ago, and my husband picked it up on his way home. We placed two orders but only received one. Since we live fairly far away, he didn't realize that one was missing until he got home. So, I called back and told them this. They said they would credit the smaller order that was missed back to my card. (I had forgotten a pasta, that's why i placed another order.) Que a few hours later, I was getting sick. It lasted through the whole next day. After a few days, I noticed the money still hadn't been returned. I called again and got ahold of a manager again. I told her the situation and spent maybe 10 minutes giving her the order numbers and times. She couldn't find it but would keep trying. Three days later, it still hasn't returned, nor have I received a phone call or anything. So, in summary, a nice treat for my family ended in a forgotten order, food poisoning, and stolen money.
