EJ sucks. The manager was great at the window, but great attitude and service cant make up for bad food and worse service to start with. My sandwich and fries weren’t even half a portion, my fries were stale and seemed like they had been refried, and the roast beef and cheddar sandwich was loaded down with horsey sauce for some reason?

I just went through this arbys and one of the employees named keri helped me out and was very friendly and made sure my order was correct after it was messed up. I had a very bad day and she absolutely made my night better. I appreciated everything she did for me🙂

Angus Cheese is disappointing. Bread was tough. A mess to eat. Good flavor but poor consistency.

I wish I could give them 5 stars bc the service was great, but my beef 'n cheddar was almost cold and it had hardly any cheese on it. I had to use my cheese cup for my sandwich when it was supposed to be for my curly fries.

No line but had to wait forever, paid for double meat on sandwich but got regular amount, asked for krinkle cut fries but got curly, asked for Arby’s sauce didn’t get any, and asked for apple juice with kids meal that we also didn’t get
