EJ sucks. The manager was great at the window, but great attitude and service cant make up for bad food and worse service to start with. My sandwich and fries weren’t even half a portion, my fries were stale and seemed like they had been refried, and the roast beef and cheddar sandwich was loaded down with horsey sauce for some reason?

I just went through this arbys and one of the employees named keri helped me out and was very friendly and made sure my order was correct after it was messed up. I had a very bad day and she absolutely made my night better. I appreciated everything she did for me🙂

Went back again today. 6/9/25, Same thing.
I stood at the counter waiting and waiting while the workers took care of drive-through order after drive-thru order. They didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. After 5 minutes I left.
I should not have to go through the drive-thru to get my meal. I don't understand that because I want to eat inside the restaurant I have to...
