For the 2nd consecutive time, I went through the drive thru and when I got home, I realized I was shorted food that I paid for. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my daughter here and we went through the drive through. She ordered almost 42.00 for her food and I had her check everything before we left and she was missing 3 orders of Mac and cheese bites and 2 large orders of fries that went with her meals. Literally was treated horribly when I went to correct them and let them know that we were missing food will never go back to that place the one downtown has better service than this Arby's.

The lady that waited on us on 1/19/2024 is awesome!! Everyone there are very polite and give excellent service. Our food was very good and we had a very nice time there.
I usually use drive-thru. Staff is friendly, and order is made quickly and accurately. The food is always hot and delicious.I especially like when they offer 4 classic roast beef sandwiches for $10. I take the meat out of the 3 extra sandwiches, refrigerate, microwave it the next day, and put it on a fresh bun. Just as tasty, and you can't beat the price!!

So, cold food for me.Corporate Arbys reached out and the manager of the store, Bonnie, gave me fresh food with no issues and a smile. Thank you Arby's and Bonnie for making this right!

I only went with a friend and had heartburn all day long I don’t like fast food I think it’s a killer of Americans with all the preservatives, the high fat count content, and the way they source what they serve
