“We had lunch here today. Food was good, as always. What I wanted to point out was the customer service. A patron had fallen behind the restaurant, bystanders called EMS. I thought someone inside should know, so I pulled one of there (clearly very busy) bar staff aside to let her know. She stopped everything she was doing, and ran to the back of house for a manager. He was out the door in seconds. These are people who put others above all else. Thanks for stepping up and acting quickly, Longhorn of Wooster! Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season.“
