Drove over an hour to get baskin robbins. It wasn’t even open and the employees were less than helpful. Online they show I can order ahead and when I get there they don’t have it. What a waist of time.

I places a cake order with the cake decorator on Friday and asked her if she can have it ready for Sunday and she told me yes. When we went to go pick up the cake for my son's 18th birthday, they told us the pick up time for the cake was noon, we got there at 1230p and they tell us the cake is not even ready. I was forced to have no cake or a cake that was already in the freezer for free, and looks nothinglike the one I ordered. Since this is how they do business and this is my first time going through Baskin-Robbins instead of DQ like I have been for the past 7 years, I will be going back to DQ.

Turn the music down a but so you can hear what people are saying. Server said she didn't have confetti ice cream. We asked for a confetti cake Sundae so she gave us just regular vanilla ice cream. There's a huge confetti cake Sundae sign right on the cooler of ice cream flavors. Ordered a water. Didn't give us a straw. Had to ask if they were closing because they were too busy singing and vacuuming. No sundae. Will not come back.

I went there just to get 2 small hand dipped ice creams for my kids. Albeit, I got there 15min before they closed, but it’s not like I was order a sandwich or anything. Just hand scooped ice cream. I was told they are no longer serving ice cream. You are an ice cream place that closes at 9pm.

Don't go there to get ice-cream! They should be out if business! It was so lame. They had no hot fudge for sundaes, they had no strawberry topping for sundaes there ice-cream was freezer burnt!! Plus they were out if sprinkles the menu had all these options everything my family wanted they were out! It was not busy! Don't waste your time going there it's not worth it!

Twice in the past week I have struck out here. One day I called to order donuts for the next day and was told by someone on the phone that they were too busy so they asked me to call back. I decided to go elsewhere. Today I went in to get a polar pizza and they told me it would take 2 to 3 days to make. I told them I would be going to Dairy Queen. I will not visit this location again.

Although they did great on my cake, they made altercations without even asking. I wanted a two tier for my child's birthday, they told me they could. I showed up and they had a sheet cake for me then told me they couldn't accommodate making a two tier cake. No one called to notify me. I would have gone somewhere else and paid $80 for a cake I actually wanted. There were flavors I did not ask for in the cake. I will not be using Baskin robbins again.

Came in with a party of five, staff were incredibly chill, which was very nice as some of us never tried Baskin-Robbins before, so they let us sample plenty. Everyone enjoyed their icecream. This place was built on a bank so the vault is now a bathroom, which is pretty funny.
