Food portions for the price have went down hill. Feels like the worker's are just over working there and just running through the motions to get through their shift. I used to love it, but think I'll wait a long while before returning.

Busy Sunday lunch crowd. Staff were nice. We asked about grilled chicken options and the waitress offered something that didn't seem to be on the menu. I had a southwest avocado chicken bowl, which was very good. Our booth was under a ceiling fan that was blowing cool air down.

Wow, has the quality and portion size gone down hill over the years. Grew up eating at Bob Evans over the years, can't believe how the menu has shrunk and portions like wise.

This location is wonderful, the service is great, go early in the morning especially during the week it's nice. The food is wonderful!

My family & I stopped at this establishment on 11/2/24 around 10am. When we entered there was a couple in front of us waiting to be seated. The server & the manager were openly joking/discussing where to place them & didn't seem like they knew what to do. After we were seated the server took our order & brought our drinks. My son dropped his straw so I asked for another one. She asked what color he wanted etc but then never brought one. Once the food came my husband had asked for loaded potatoes & they weren't. She told him he never asked for them (he did). Our table also went without drink refills for too long. All of this was going to be overlooked until I got halfway through my potatoe soup & found several pieces of a tag/plastic. I brought it to her attention & again she told me it was from the tag on their soup box. She said she removed it from my bill but never brought me a new receipt. Overall our experience was not good & we will not be returning. (I have a picture of the item that was in my soup because she never removed any of our plates through our time there either.)
