I mean it averages a 3.6 and I think it's fair. Not a fan of their Mac and Cheese nor their pizzas. They shine with their subs. Staff could be more friendly. Food is priced within reason.

I ordered penne a la pesto. The dish should have been prepared with pine nuts and feta cheese. When I checked to see if they had remembered the feta before departing, it was obviously not there. The young man at the counter offered to add it. After watching him pick his face and WITHOUT washing his hands attempt to get gloves on (using his unwashed hand to adjust the glove on the other hand), I decided that I would be better off departing without feta. There were no pine nuts, either, so the dish is pretty bland this way. Clearly, the staff need a refresher in food handling practices (& how to prepare menu items). This used to be my favorite pizza place in town. It changed hands and my past three orders have all been wrong. It's very disappointing.

Wait time was dbl then expressed. Pizza was loaded with grease. Bonelss buffalo chicken was under cooked. Place had an odor of Marijuana.

Not a fan of their pizza but many others are. But recently things have changed from having pizza delivered cold, not sliced (I know hard to believe) or a delivery taking an hour and a half. Their Chef salad, pasta with sausage and pepper, chicken Toscana and the Gouda cheese Mac and cheese are goodThey deliver and their staff used to be helpful and friendly. Now, there's a new partially trained employee everyday.
What a Godsend! Not only is Bosco's pizza the best in town, the customer service is exceptional! When I called Holly at 11:30 am on a Saturday for an eight-pizza, same-day, late as possible delivery for my Goddaughter's weeding, I wasn't so sure I'd find anywhere that would take my order. But they did---and with a pleasant delivery driver.He was on time and very fruendly, and the eight pizzas were gone in less than 30 minutes by the guests.Thanks Bosco's! Highly recommend you to all my friends and family!!!
It was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes but hadn't even been started when I got there.Sorry to say the pizza was kind of blah and we got what is their deluxe.

When you enter there is bare acknowledgement of your presence. When you ask about your order, shr continues to put together other orders and never responds to you. I'm tired of bring treated like I'm something she wants to scrape off her shoe. Not the first time.

I haven't been here for almost a year now because of how bad my experience was. I waited over an hour for my pizza and chicken wings to be delivered. When I called to check on it I was told they didn't have anyone to deliver it. I asked when they would have someone to deliver it and they said probably another 30 minutes. I asked how my food could possibly be considered fresh after almost 2 hours and they said they keep them under heat lamps. I asked if I could come pick it up instead and I was put on hold while they asked the manager if I was allowed to come and pick up my own food that I already paid for. When I got there they had one girl basically doing everything and a young high-school aged boy standing there with ear phones in standing next to a broom and dust pan with dust and dirt all over the floor. I asked if I could get part or all of my money back and was told the manager would refund me. Never got my money back and never bothered going there ever again. I am a very open minded person and if you read all my reviews I've done I hardly ever have anything bad to say. I've worked in the service industry as a manager for almost 10 years and understand that during covid things were worse than they have ever been in the service industry and I NEVER treated any customers like this.
