This place has gone downhill tremendously. There is always something wrong with the order. There is never any sauce on the wings anymore. Tonight I was supposed to get boneless honey bbq. As you can see they’re traditional. Also looks like the sauce was just drizzled on them. Guess they’re trying to save money on sauce and wet naps. This place sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else. They did fix my order. But, there was no sorry you had to drive back out here. No sorry the rest of your food is cold.

We had a bad experience with one of the servers he was very rude, service sucked, we had to wait forever on drink refills and on top of everything else refused to serve my boyfriend alcohol even after seeing a valid id twice.

Ordered burgers to go. The fries were not edible. They had obviously been sitting in the warmer for the afternoon. You couldn’t chew them, they were so bad. The burgers were good but I’m not going to pay the price they charge and not have a complete meal that can be eaten. Won’t be going back.

I figured I would share this since this happens 100% of the time when I do take out. The fries are always over fried and not even fries… also cold like they were fried a day before I placed my order… so if you want decent fries might want to order them with no salt and pepper. It’s very disappointing when your a fry lover and you don’t even want to order them because you know they are going to be crap… Try harder…

Fantastic experience at the Wooster BW3s. The food came out quickly and was correct as well as extremely fresh, while the drinks were ice cold. This is how bdubs is supposed to be.

I ordered naked wings and they were served white. Should have been brown. Worse wings ever. Fries were to hard to eat. I'll never eat here ever again. Don't even know how to cook wings. So disappointing. I'll let everyone know about my horrible experience. Wings had no flavor.
