I had a gift card and thought what could go wrong ordering a side of fries and cauliflower wings from this place … well turns out a lot of. They gave me dried out fries and the “wings” are just ok. These 2 items for $17 is insane for it not to be good . New philadelphia location has way better food!

Went last week. So many compliments this visit. There's absolutely no handicap parking in front of the restaurant, the toilet in the handicap stall was way to close to the floor (was praying I didn't have to call my husband in to help me), they seated us in a booth (I was barely walking with a cane), the boneless wings were extra crunchy (overcooked), waitress was great at first but as soon as we got our food and drinks she rarely came back to the table, she even asked if I would like more water to which I replied yes and still had to wait and then ask for more water when she happened to pass by. By the way they were not even busy, it was between 4-5pm. Oh and the host smelled strongly of marijuana went he seated the people behind us.
Parking: NO HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT! It's in front of the place nextdoor.

What a Horrible $19.99 boneless chicken wings fries & tenders for are NEW YEARS EVE DINNER!!! The chicken was so over cooked and dry we would have needed a SAW to cut it!! And the fries were like construction nails we had to order a pizza!! SHAME ON BWW FOR YOUR HORRIBLE TAKE OUT DINNER WE COULDN"T EAT.

We decided not to order due to the woman who picked up the phone and let the loudest sigh of disgust that I ask to place a pick up order. Why clock in to serve people if you hate your job. I have little empathy for child like behavior of people that call themselves adults and apply to do a job apparently they do not like. Please do us all a favor and clock out. Happy New Year from BW3!

I think it’s a little silly to not allow conceal carry w/ a CHL. Your poorly trained staff just explain it’s a family restaurant. Most illogical statement ever made.. I thought this policy ended forever ago.
Asked for extra wet boneless wings and got charged extra for it. Got them and they were so dry it didn't look like they had any sauce on them. Would never recommend this place. They have been terrible for years. Every time I go there it's the same thing and I keep hoping it will be different. I guess that's the definition of insanity. And when we left the manager was being shitty with us because we were browns fans and he was a steelers fan. Was mocking us because we were celebrating a browns win and was belittling us for being browns fans. I will never come back here. Especially if he still works there. Completely unprofessional. And i know of at least a dozen people that feel the same way. Don't know his name because he wouldn't give it to us but definitely won't be back

Rude, horrible, slow service. Don’t waste your time.
You’ll sit in the lobby for a good 20 minutes before they even decide to seat you. If you are picking up an order, you’ll stand there waiting for service until your food is cold. I have never seen such an understaffed restaurant, and then the host and servers have an attitude with you because of how stressed they are.
