I came to order dinner for my whole family and the drive-Through person had no idea how to put my order in and I had to continuously re-say my order and then when I came around to the window to pick up my food, he was making fun of me while the window was open, and there was a woman and an older man. Also in there joining in all because I was ordering so much food

The only 24hr fast food in Wooster. After a long day at a concert and a 2 hour line to exit… food options were scarce. This BK came in clutch. Super nice staff and food was hot and fresh. Thank you for being such great overnight staff!

service was okay, the manager with blonde hair was standing at the counter chatting with customers and swearing. there seemed to be 3 employees only working and it wasn't that busy. Due to the lack for professional service at this location I will not be back. and they really need to fix the ac so it doesn't leak on the service counter. really a sad store.

Night shift manager is a immature child and deserves nothing less then to get fired, admitted to messing my DoorDash order up multiple times/nights on purpose then got upset because I wanted it made right crazy world we live in
