That just remodeled it. Was really nice & the girl offered to help me order off the kiosk screens or at the register. She gave ZERO attitude helping an elderly person order from the counter. Good job kid. 👏 Food was as expected. Really liked they had giant menus nxt to ordering kiosk.

Ordering screens were slow. Dining area was very messy. Trash on floor, food, receipts, tables were not clean sticky and dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while. Not just one lunch worth of trash. Floors were sticky. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drink area was dirty with trash

I don't know what has happened to the quality of the food at Burger King at both locations in Wooster but it's not good. I went there today at a time the fries should have been hot and they were cold and stale and the burger was dry and disgusting. I don't think I will be back for a considerable time after this latest disappointment ??

Went to the drive through last weekend and wasn’t done speaking the very FIRST part of my order before she interrupted me asking about salt and ketchup. Every time after that I tried to speak she interrupted again and acted as though it was my fault when I got upset. She then denied me service. Learn how to treat your customers!
