I’m not one to usually complain but I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting on my food I got my drink right away but that was about it and I was on a 30 minute break from my job to get some food actually when I first pulled into the drive-through I was the only one and when I left, there were about five or six other cars behind me the side items I got were good, but they didn’t get my burger correct even after all that time I’m hoping that this is a one off time because I had to have my boss extend my break for ten minutes that way I wouldn’t have to wolf down my food I just hope y’all do better next time. I have had pretty good service in the past but tonight was not that good and I get they might’ve had a new person but you would still think after all that time my order, would be made, correct.

It was my first time ordering from mobile app, as it was a walmart perk. It was easy ,even for me. Lol definitely will be doing more mobile ordering.

Haven’t been inside since the remodel yet I appreciate how swift they are! If you don’t mind parking your car to order on a screen, this is the best alternative over the drive through, even with its double lane!
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, a large fry, and an 8 piece nugget. Expected the same outcome from the food which I’ve always enjoyed! Staff was nice when I interacted with them and the service was more than smooth! Great job Wooster BK Team!

That just remodeled it. Was really nice & the girl offered to help me order off the kiosk screens or at the register. She gave ZERO attitude helping an elderly person order from the counter. Good job kid. 👏 Food was as expected. Really liked they had giant menus nxt to ordering kiosk.

Ordering screens were slow. Dining area was very messy. Trash on floor, food, receipts, tables were not clean sticky and dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while. Not just one lunch worth of trash. Floors were sticky. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drink area was dirty with trash
Ordered a breakfast meal that cost 8.59 handed them a 20 dollar bill they give me a dollar and change back saying I gave them a 10 dollar bill and I had to tell them it was a 20 and my change was incorrect

I don't know what has happened to the quality of the food at Burger King at both locations in Wooster but it's not good. I went there today at a time the fries should have been hot and they were cold and stale and the burger was dry and disgusting. I don't think I will be back for a considerable time after this latest disappointment ??
