The employee with red hair working during my visit 12/9/25 at roughly 11:30 displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior. She became visibly irritated with me and my friends simply for ordering food, which is the entire purpose of a fast-food restaurant. Her reaction escalated to the point where she actually threw ketchup packets at me, which is completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable for any establishment that claims to value its customers. The hostility and disrespect we experienced were far beyond anything I would expect in a place like this. Because of this incident, I will absolutely not be returning to this location.

I've been waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes and there were only 3 people in front of me. Im on my lunch break and I just spend it waiting in a line. Never eating here again.

At the end of October, my family made the quick decision to get Burger King because we hadn’t eaten there in a while. Wrong decision. I looked past getting sick from my shake, but was really irritated because I had to go to another fast food place to grab chicken nuggets for the little kids because this location gave them jalapeño bites, which they can’t eat, instead of nuggets. Was afraid to take them back in because we were already given attitude for paying in cash at the drive thru. Contacted customer service via email and they forwarded my email to the store manager and still have heard nothing back. They seem to always screw up my order in the past 2 years. Highly do not recommend.

They were super busy but the staff was so kind and everything was nice and hot.
Got charged a large drink but was handed a medium drink, whopper was less than mediocre, cold onion rings, when asked for onion ring sauce i recieved attitude like i was asking for the workers first born. Waited over 25 min in drive thru line to get our order. Of all BKs that I've ever visited, by far this one is a definite was of time and breath to even think about.

I’m not one to usually complain but I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting on my food I got my drink right away but that was about it and I was on a 30 minute break from my job to get some food actually when I first pulled into the drive-through I was the only one and when I left, there were about five or six other cars behind me the side items I got were good, but they didn’t get my burger correct even after all that time I’m hoping that this is a one off time because I had to have my boss extend my break for ten minutes that way I wouldn’t have to wolf down my food I just hope y’all do better next time. I have had pretty good service in the past but tonight was not that good and I get they might’ve had a new person but you would still think after all that time my order, would be made, correct.
