I ordered a Berry White Cooler. I got a frozen drink this time. Last time it was iced. It tasted great though I am more of an iced coffee type then frozen. Staff was very friendly as always!Dietary restrictions: They are always happy to give me skim milk.

I go to Caribou usually a couple or more times a week. I always order ahead on the app, which is easy to use, and go to the walk up window to get my drink. If I have to wait, it's usually because I just ordered before I got there, but the staff always acknowledges me and checks to see where my drink is in the queue. They are always friendly and have smiles!

Love, love, LOVE this cafe!! I will always pick this place over Starbucks, Dunkin, and McDonald's! Prices are fair, and with all the unique options and especially taste of their coffee and bakery are outstanding. I use their app and they have great rewards as well!Vegetarian options: Provides coconut, almond, and plenty other non dairy substitute options for beverages. I'm not sure on the dishes though. I do believe they have sandwiches that are vegetarian, but not sure about bakery items.

First time there...I had to ask the young lady to repeat herself several times because she was speaking so fast I couldn't understand her. My sister ordered a drink with caramel and there was none. I ordered the mint drink and it had caramel in it. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never go there again.

I usually go to Boba Bowl downtown, but when I'm in this area, I prefer Caribou over dunkin' or starbucks. The turtle mocha is my favorite, but I have had several of the others and have never disliked any of them. The workers are always so nice, I have never had an issue here.
