Honestly not worth going to this chipotle anymore, at least for pick up. The food tasted fine, but paid for extra meat, couldn’t even see chicken when I opened the bowl. Maybe 7 pieces thrown in there, veggies were forgotten and the bowl wasn’t even half full. Sister in laws burrito had beans in it that we didn’t order. Last time no chips too, or they’ve been hard as rocks before. Portions have been so skimpy. Worth just going to the new downtown location. We haven’t had any issues there ordering any way.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a chipotle, employee looked like I ruined her day after I said hello how are you doing? No response told her I wanted a tortilla and gave me a face that I just killed. Her cat asked for Rice gave me a quarter scoop move down asked for Moore and just looked at me blankly.

I love the food! Today I decided to treated myself to a burrito bowl. I passed on rice, black beans, sour cream, and cheese (no extra charge items). I got the chicken, pintos, tomato salsa, fajita veggies, and corn. When I asked for extra fajita veggies, I was told I would be charged extra! Really?! I passed on 3 of the free ingredients, which in my opinion, would have cost way more to add to my bowl than another pinch of veggies! So disappointed!

I know this girl her name is Sara I came in at 10:20 40 minutes before close, I work food service I understand but I would NEVER treat a customer the way she treated me, she was laughing at me and my whole party when we walked in as we ordered she proceeded to put like no rice in my bowl so I said can I have a bit more she snapped and filled the bowl up all the way when I just asked for a little bit more, I don’t understand why she was like this she was very VERY rude to me and was very snarky she does not deserve to keep her job no customer should have to be treated like this, I am very upset with my whole experience

I have Celiac disease and this is one place I can eat out at & never have an issue. Chipotle has always been a favorite, so glad I can still enjoy it. Love my local staff as they are friendly and work hard to get you your order efficiently.

Every time I visit this Chipotle location, it’s a letdown. The staff consistently shows little urgency, and the overall energy is just lackadaisical. There's almost always something missing—whether it’s only one type of rice available or a limited selection of toppings. It feels like they’re never fully stocked or prepared, when you're expecting a quick, complete meal.

The food is always good. The service is usually excellent My biggest complaint is that they most usually run out of salad dressing. Salads aren’t the same, and some bowls are very different, without the dressing.

Honestly, this I believe is the last time we visit this Chipotle. Our mobile order has been missed, stolen and today it was made wrong. Blows my mind that the receipt on the bag directly states we ordered 2 burrito bowls and we got a bowl and a burrito. The burrito wasn't what was ordered and the bowl was lacking. We don't eat out often, this was a disappointment, I should have just made dinner like planned.

We walked in to the restaurant and noticed all empty tables were dirty. As we got up to the counter the whole work area were filthy. We turned around and left. Very disappointed in the condition of the restaurant. Certainly won’t return.
